Review summary

This was our first cruise so we had a lot to learn. Room was small but functional, bed was comfortable and the balcony was private. The food at the complimentary restaurants was very good but wasn't impressed with the private restaurant. We prepaid for one specialty meal and was very confused when the bill arrived before desert was offered. We felt rushed and pressured to add an additional tip. Our shore excursions were very nice. We only went with the ships excursions so we didn't have to worry about missing the ship. Leaving the ship at the end of the cruise was very quick. We would do it again .

First time cruiser. Was told to arrive between 11:00 - 11:30 for embarkment but when we arrived at 11 we got in a long line to wait for embarkment. Why were we told to arrive so early just to stand in a line.

Main dining and buffets were wonderful. Great service and the food was very tasty and filling. Specialty restaurant was confusing and expensive.

Onboard Activities

We had nice weather while in the Caribbean so we got to use the pool. The water slide is a blast and the hot tube was prefect for our old bones.

Entertainment

We saw a lot of entertainment. Very pleased with all the shows. Great performance from the cast of Burn the Floor. Plenty of things to do on the ship. Don't count on TV for entertainment, there are few choices.

We did the bus tour. It was nice. They take you around the island with a 2hr stop at a beach.

We stayed on board and we owned the pool. No lines anywhere.
