The food was all very good. We selected Tappanyaki and Moderno for our Specialty dining meals and they were both excellent. The steak in tappanyaki was so so tender delicious. Best steak we have had. Moderno is a fun place to eat with the never ending meat coming to your table. Delicious dinner with a huge food bar.
Onboard Activities

We were not late nighters so we did miss out on a lot, but wanted to head out at the ports and enjoy the day early when we could. We do enjoy watching a good movie but the movies didn't start until 10:15 pm so we missed them. Wish they could show them earlier or even show them on the room TV. Our best time spent was in the Mandarin Spa the water feature is wonderful for relaxation and the tile heated loungers are wonderful.

Everyone was so happy to see us board the ship and we felt like everyone was friendly and very professional.

We miss the fact that the Epic does not have a walk around deck. They have a walking/running path but it is only on one side of the ship. We enjoy the walk around decks on other ships we have been on and will make that a priority for searching for future cruise ships.
Cabin / Stateroom

We were able to be upgraded to a Aft facing balcony on deck 11 and it was fabulous. I was so happy for the ability to upgrade and am now spoiled with loving them.
We did the sight seeing trip around the city with a transfer to the airport. This was a very informative tour with lots of stops with ample time to take pictures and enjoy what we were seeing. It was a great way to get to the airport over the airport transfer and it was very minimal expense with the $50.00 excursion credit.
We did the Best of Aruba excursion and did not enjoy the hurry and rush in seeing things. In the stops we had very limited amount of time so hard to really enjoy. I would not recommend this tour.
We did the Willemstad Trolley train tour and it was very interesting and enjoyable. They did a stop at a church where people could go in and take pictures. Lots of history sharing with the tour guide. Then afterward you had the choice to go back by taxi to the ship or walk around the town. We did walk around and got to get up close to different view points we wanted to see. Beautiful country.
We did the Mountain Rainforest, Grand Etang Lake and Annandale Falls. This would not be one of the favorites on this trip. I guess we had different expectations of this excursion
Beautiful country. We did the Segway, Safari and Beach Adventure. And I will say an Adventure it was. We rode the Segways on trails along the beach and into the mountain. With photo ops along the way. The crew was wonderful and so helpful especially for a inexperienced gal like me. We got into the bus and toured the city and the area which was beautiful. Then they took us to a beach for afternoon of beach time and swimming if you wanted. You could rent a beach lounge chair for $5.00 for the time you were there. Nice beach to kick back and enjoy.
Here we did the Catamaran Sail and Snorkel Adventure and that was a great day on the water. We saw some sea turtles when snorkeling along with lots of fish. After the snorkeling we made the trip back to the dock with a party time of beer and rum punch. They kept the beverages flowing to everyone. Great customer service.
