Review summary

When I received my luggage it was broken. Had just brought it for the trip. Cost $218.00. Customer service said they could fix it, but on the 6th day it wasn't fixed and they said they could not find a part for it. I am 68 years old and didn't have the strength to carry the luggage with weigh 49.3 pounds. no reimbursement for the luggage was issued nor help carrying it. Thank God for good Sumerian.

Pool was nice, not ideal activities for teenagers. Teen Club not open, whole cruise. Game room had problems with cards.

Not many children on board. No kiddo's in my party, Teen's only.

Service and Staff

All waiters, Room Stewards, and some Ship Personnel was excellent except, personnel on Slides discriminate against female weight compared to male of the same weight. Causing one male to also say it was unfair that she/teenager wasn't allowed on the slide and he was the same weight and he will contact his lawyer when returning home. When going to file a complaint Customer Service said there is nothing they can do.

Every thing was as expected. Although the room layout was difficult and the haklkl and elevators was somewhat dark and spookie.

Cabin / Stateroom

The Cabin number for the Stateroom 11158, was bot he room I was in. My Stateroom was Cabin number 13221. I was a Suite and good. Although the toilet floor was soft and felt like I would fall through to next floor.
