Love the Free-Style Dining and no formal nights which made it more relaxing. Ship was constantly cleaned. Food was good but average cruise ship food. Specialty restaurants were good. Buffet was very good. Entertainment was good but Howl at the Moon was our favorite. Casino dealers had no personalities.

Kind of hard to navigate but eventually we kind of figured it out. Epic is a huge ship!
Cabin / Stateroom

This cabin needs some maintenance. Cracked mirror, vanity mirror was half gone, one dresser drawer was broken and unusable. Molding was falling down. Deck chairs had paint spattered on them as well as the outside balcony glass and the balcony floor. One outlet is not enough for charging ipad, phones and using a curling iron. Lighting in the cabin was very dim!
We stayed in San Juan Pre and Post cruise. The weather was perfect. The hotels are old and the main avenue where the action is, is in dire need of sidewalk repair a big holes covered.
We were not allowed off the ship if we did not have an excursion which was disappointing so did not see anything. Had to cancel excursion because of health issue.
