Review summary

Cruise was only ok due to the fact that there was an abnormally large amount of extremely rude people on board the ship. These people were doing such things as sitting on the stairs blocking any people from using them. When you said excuse me they would just give you a dirty look and move just a little bit. Other incidents that occurred were a large amount of people that would bring portable speakers everywhere they went on the ship from restaurants to the pool. I guess if I liked that kind of music it wouldn’t of been that bad, but I didn’t so it was annoying. Cruise staff as usual were great.

I was on this cruise and did have to go around these people on the stairs. I said excuse me & somehow got their attention to get up. Lots of coughing on board this boat. Great buffet food though!

Sounds like our awful New Years cruise on the Epic was normal for San Juan. We will never sail out of there again. It was like we were dropped into a Spanish speaking party unwanted and were the butt of all the jokes.

It’s becoming more and more,, rude disrespectful people. Not just cruise ships but also everywhere. They buy a cruise ticket most have been making payments for years. Then act like they bought the ship.
