Review summary

the cruise was pack every where ,in the buffet you cant walk we went once,the steaks in the manhattan and taste restaurants was like rubber,the Carney was excellent.needs more personel to handle this many people in the cruise,making reservation for a show and when you get there is cancel,needs to clean those chimney,this port by isla verde airport is a disaster you need to get to the one in old san juan ,Jorge Diaz 973-997-9733

The review sounds like you woke up one morning and said I’m going on a cruise. No idea what was going on. No research. If you don’t like to wait in line and deal with a crowd….. don’t go at peak times. The website is clear on what cruise casual means and the specific dress code for the dining rooms.

There have been lots of negative reviews on NCL ships lately. Hopefully it is just due to holiday crowds and will improve.

Thanks for your review. NCL has always made one of its MDR more smart causal rather than casual. This is usually mentioned at the entrance to the restaurant and by staff on the first day. They give people the slide on day one only. Shame to hear that the MDR food didn’t meet your expectations and glad you enjoyed Cagney’s. Not sure how walking to your car for 2 hours is NCLs fault.
