Review summary

This ship was like the Walmart of cruising bad service and pack you in a cabin that was inadequate for a nice cruise restraints definitely had a problem of a don’t care attitude and the privousy I the cabins was Disgusting on the whole the worst ship I’ve ever been on and I do 4 to 5 cruises a year

Sailed Epic three times and going again weekend after Thanksgiving. Our favorite ship in the NCL line (except, of course, the once beautiful, classic Grande Dame SS Norway). 😍

Sounds like a totally different ship than the one I was on. We didn’t wait for anything with the exception of the martini bar being very busy one night. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We already knew about the bathrooms of course because people have been writing about it ever since the ship launched...wasn’t a deal breaker odd as it is. Cruising for the 2nd time on Epic in 3 weeks time. I can tell you from 18 years in the service industry that the staff mirrors the vibe an attitude that you give off personally...be it unintentional or not.

This doesn’t sound like the Epic. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the cruise. Maybe there minor issues but not worth reporting. Staff on NCL have been excellent.

Went on the Epic in 2017 and going again next year. Love the ship. Service, food, entertainment were awesome. Love NCL.

We have done the epic twice and both times found the ship to be spotless and staff couldn't do enough for us very friendly very polite i would give ncl epic 5 stars 👌🙋‍♂️👌🙋‍♂️👌
