This cruise was “ok”. Our itinerary was changed twice while on cruise, did not go to any of the ports identified when booked. This was upsetting. Can’t be helped “due to weather” or what not. Still not sure what weather issues since the reports showed sunny. Our last port before coming back was Jamaica….. so disorganized. Every body was confused about their excursions. It was chaos. We wasted so much time to and from our excursion. Maybe getting 2.5 hours of actual beach time. There were many service issues on ship which required myself and other person in cabin needing to go to guest services several times throughout our cruise. Just disappointing having to waste so much time in this line. “The local” on ship restaurant had one of the worst services provided. Latency in getting our order placed before others, orders not fully coming out… just frustrating. Though i appreciate the staff maintaining a positive attitude, not impressed. As for the good: There is plenty to do on ship. KINKY BOOTS & CHOIR OF MEN, were great shows to attend. The casino on board kept us entertained our entire trip. The specialty dining was awesome and exceeded expectations at each one we booked. I don’t consider myself a cruise snob, but I have been on several NCL ships. Encore didn’t really meet my expectations over all. This was a Christmas/birthday vacation, seemed like a lot of things missed the mark.

Many issues, waited for everything. With cruise changes, staff could not handle all the people effectively, Wi-Fi never worked, ship staff no help,needed to make 4 calls to get both safes fixed, beautiful boat but not enough staff to address issues

This was my first and last Norwegian cruise. First, we went to none of the ports we were scheduled to go to. , and I have been to Nassau and Ocho Rios many times before. Second, there are too many things on the ship that require extra money. Third, when we got re-routed to Nassau, most people stayed on the ship, because the only available excursions were walking tours, and Nassau is still under construction from the last 2 hurricanes, so it would have been tours of construction sites. The crew on board was unable to handle the amount of guests who stayed on board, so there were long waits for drinks, and the rides were mostly closed. Poor planning on their part. By day 5 we just wanted to get off of the ship.

Overall this was a nice trip. It was our first since Covid. Glad it was only 5 days because the food wasn't that great, the internet was terrible, we didn't go to any of our destinations, but it was restful and nice to be floating in the ocean.

Overall we had a great time. We purchased additional specialty dining packages which I’m happy we did.

I couldn't imagine a worse experience on my first cruise. I will not be using norwegian again. It was a total waste of time. From the moment we got on board it felt like we weren't able to do anything we wanted. We couldn't visit the shows or visit the ports we were scheduled to do. I do understand a weather reason but there was not a single day that I was pleased with the experience on board.

The specialty resturants and the wait for food was very disappointing. The bar staff were very rude.

Changing rooms put a bad taste in the cruise. Needed to have a trouble free vacation. After waiting 3 years to travel again, the agency should have done a better job.

Loved the cruise and looking forward to another one.

Great staff, great food the Encore is a beautiful ships with lots of things to keep you entertained. You don't be disappointed.

The open bar and shore excursion credits made the experience better, but despite the newer ship the voyage was pretty rocky. I will likely go back to a previous cruise line next time--sorry NCL.

Nice cruise overall but we did have some issues because of a vegan diet The dining room menu doesn’t have any vegan options .

The cruise was really great. Service was wonderful and food was good. Ship is really stunning.

We had a great trip[ it was over way to fast. My wife wanted to add another 7 days to our 21 day trip. I would have but we were out of med's and had to get back for thanksgiving

Overall the cruise was very enjoyable. Some ports required some extra vigilance but overall we would take the cruise again.

We had rough seas until we California We enjoyed the sun along the west coast of Mexico It was the wet season in Panama and had a lot of rain Panama City cruiseport under construction Cloudy with a little rain on the last days of the cruise It was nice in Miami

At Glacier Bay Park Rangers we’re present for presentations and national park merch was available but limited due to the end of season

We had a fantastic honeymoon on this cruise. I loved the cabin and the views. I feel like the value of being able to visit each port and learn about them was a good deal for the price of the trip and everything seemed organized and easy. I loved the ship cards that made payment and disembarkation simple.
