I couldn't imagine a worse experience on my first cruise. I will not be using norwegian again. It was a total waste of time. From the moment we got on board it felt like we weren't able to do anything we wanted. We couldn't visit the shows or visit the ports we were scheduled to do. I do understand a weather reason but there was not a single day that I was pleased with the experience on board.

We thought we were supposed to get a free night of specialty dining but were told no when we tried to book. Lack of dress code in restaurant was apparent. Did not feel like a nice experience when other customers attending were in hooded sweatshirts playing a video game at the table

What a shame that you get nickel and dimed for every experience. The amount they charge you for a quick arcade experience is awful. The pools were over crowded and the arcade was so expensive for a couple of silly games.

Our kinky boots show was canceled and never given a reason why or a reschedule time. Everything was booked up before even getting on the ship and made the whole experience awful. I would never recommend a norwegian cruise to anyone

When asking about specialty dining the woman dismissed us and just simply said that we did not have a free specialty dining night. She sent us on our way so we ended up paying for one out of pocket

Room was clean and cleaning staff was fantastic. We were upgraded to the handicap room and the door was very annoying that it was automatic.
Ship tip
Don't do it. All the on board costs took away from the experience. I would advise people to stay away from Norwegian
We were told it was due to "unforseen circumstances". Absolute shame we didn't get to visit either ports we were supposed to. We went to jamaica instead and it was such a sleezy port. I couldn't walk 5ft without someone begging me to take some random taxi or buy some crummy t shirt or be offered marijuana
