Sounds like you have never been on a cruise. Ports get changed or cancelled, that is always a risk you take. Certainly sounds like you didn’t even go to the excursions desk to arrange for something by else at the new port. Other reviews of this same cruise overall were great, despite the changes. I would recommend a different cruise line, cruising probably isn’t for you.

All of the negative reviews most about the Encore don’t have any pictures or previous cruises or reviews on the profile. Reviews I’ve read that were positive the profile had previous cruises with pictures .
