The open bar and shore excursion credits made the experience better, but despite the newer ship the voyage was pretty rocky. I will likely go back to a previous cruise line next time--sorry NCL.

Food and Dining

The buffets need to change things up every night: one night Chinese, one night Italian, one night Mexican, etc. It was the same lunch and dinner nearly every single day. The dining room staff were exceptional but a few of my fellow cruisers we're missing an appetizer once in a while. Nice dinner menu choices.
Onboard Activities

Spent most of the time in the pool and hot tub. Also checked out The Cavern for the Beatles show which was good.
Entertainment

"Choir of Man" and "Kinky Boots" were phenomenal. Wanted to see a comedy show but it booked up right away.

Service and Staff

Ruby from Atrium bar and Leo from Mixx we're the best bartenders. All of the staff were so polite and accommodating.
Ship Quality

Ship was nice and clean. I thought it would be much smoother sailing since the boat was so new and we had great weather but I felt ALL the waves on this cruise (worse compared to other cruise lines and older ships).
Cabin / Stateroom

I really liked the coffee maker in the Studio lounge and the virtual window was nice. The soap dish in the shower should've been mounted higher up so it'd be out of the center of the shower.
Ship tip
Eat lunch at the Local Grill to mix things up; dinner is good every night in dining rooms.
Not sure why you would stop cruising Norwegian because ship was rocky at sea? How can that be the cruise line’s fault? That could happen on any ship you cruise on.
I always am amazed at some people's obsession with ship movement. Your on the ocean part of the pleasure to me is to feel movement of the ship because of waves. If you can't tolerate any motion cruising is probably not the best choice for a vacation.
