Got what felt like a cold toward end of cruise. Both wife and I tested positive upon returning home for covid.

Excellent customer service and ship is very clean.

It was a really nice and exceptional clean Ship. Great entertainment, but most of all is great people who worked in the ship. Our main issue was the food in general. They need to invest more on quality and variety of Chefs who really have experiences creating many varieties BUT tasty food. If this is cruise in America, the Chefs should focus on how American like their food taste.

Amazing ship and ports ! We met so many awesome people from all over the country. The staff and crew were obviously happy we were back to sailing and so are we !

We have missed cruising and this is our first cruise since the pandemic.It was all we hoped for and more. The staff was outstanding and made our stay a memorable one. I did miss going to Victoria and Skagway. The other port were great.

Already looking forward to many more NCL cruises. Will be prepared for mini-bar issues well in advance of last day. Thought I gained 10 pounds but only about 3, which I should have off soon!

The process of using the Internet on mobile devices is frustrating for all travelers (just ask the guy at the help desk who was overwhelmed with answering questions). Something needs to be done to make this much easier to use. Ugh.

Overall the ship and staff were amazing. The port of calls were great. Most excursions were cancelled. Not sure why. They weather was great.

This was a wonderful cruise, we had been to all the places before, we just wanted to get back on a cruise ship without a mask,

Very impressed with the ship cleanliness, and the entire staff. The food by and large was great whether it was in the upscale restaurants or the regular ones. Even the buffet had great food.

2nd time going to alaska with ncl but a little disappointed at ncl for their starvation for $. Next time I'll try another company

This cruise was fantastic. Great ship. Great Food. Great entertainment. One of the best cruises I have experienced. The best feature of this cruise is that all on board were vaccinated and it felt like cruising before this horrible virus COVID existed. First time I have felt normal in a long time. Thank you NCL. I will be a faithful customer forever!!!!!!

This trip was a celebration of 40 years of marriage and we had been looking forward to going to Alaska for several years. The cruise experience was everything we had hoped for and more than we could have imagined. A beautiful ship, fantastic crew, delicious food and we felt very safe with all the preparations and procedures related to COVID. Cruising in Glacier Bay National Park with the park ranger commentary was like being in a National Geographic feature film. All the excursion partners were excellent and we loved the fishing with our catch cooked for our lunch on an island in Ketchikan. We have traveled most of the US and this was truly our top experience in a breathtaking natural setting.

Norwegian started and ended my cruise terribly. Firstly, one of my excursions was cancelled a MONTH before the cruise but they didn't bother to inform me and all the other excursions were sold out once I was on the ship. That sucked. Going to Alaska and not being able to go whale watching was a HUGE disappointment. Then they completely failed at the end. I used the Port Valet service to get my bag to the airport. They had 7 HOURS to get my bag to the airport and they failed. It did not make it in time for my flight. Contacting customer service is a joke - they don't have a phone number, you have to email them. I have been passed around to 3 different companies Norwegian has tried to blame for the mistake. They refuse to take responsibility themselves and reimburse me for my airport transfer. If you are offering the service you are advocating for them, you are saying it's ok and we can trust them and you should take responsibility when they mess up. Norwegian doesn't care about customer service at all. They are untrustworthy, irresponsible, and I will never cruise with them again.

It was an amazing cruise. Everyone was happy to be there, from staff to guests.

Loved this ship! Alaska is beautiful…..suggest going before September as it was quite rainy but still so worth it!

Absolutely fantastic vacation. So good in fact we're going again this year but with a group of about 50 of our friends and family.

This was our first cruise post COVID, NCL has this down! Recommended 72 hour prior test with the testing at port brings a comfort level around other passengers we never had pre-COVID. the 100% vax requirement just added to the comfort around others. The ship is amazing in cleanliness and in technology. The staff, in all areas of the ship were exceptionally helpful. 50% capacity at sailing made this experience even better. Absolutely no lines anywhere!
