We had a great time, I'd recommend the cruise line, the ship and the trip to anyone interested in a cruise vacation. A great experience on a new cruise company than I've used in the past. I will definitely consider cruising with Norwegian Cruise Lines again.

Overall great experience! Enjoyed viewing the Alaskan sites and visiting the ports. Cruise ship itself offers a great amount of variety with respect to food/drinks/entertainment - there is something for everyone to enjoy!

So glad we had a balcony. Loved morning room service. Specialty restaurants were great but could be a little larger.

Overall, the onboard experience was fantastic. We especially loved the entertainment! However, the design of the itinerary was a bit silly geographically, leaving us with not enough time in most ports, especially Ketchikan (the last shuttle back to the ship runs two hours before all aboard time. Why?). That said, the day spent cruising around Glacier Bay with the National Park service makes this trip an unmissable experience.

Norwegian has a huge ship that is very crowded. They need to stop charging for meals and do like they used to with freestyle dining anywhere.

Wonderful cruise. Disappointed we were not able to go to Skagway due to rock slide. Found out while boarding ship so that required scrambling at the last minute to book an excursion at the new port, Icy Strait.

Very bad itinerary. Nice ship. However, there was a lot of issues on the ship - miscommunication, long lines to get things done, etc.

to quote my hard to please teenagers. "Best Vacation Ever Mom. Can we do this again?"

The cruise was well worth the wait after being cancelled for 2 years.

If you haven’t gone to glaciar hay make sure you go before it disappears. Magical place.

Overall, great experience get on NCL Encore. With the pandemic still around, wish NCL still have the Test before on board. Exclusion Victoria can be scheduled longer and better.

THE ABOVE AND BEYOND STAFF WAS A LADY THAT WAS ABLE TO GET US AN EXCURSION TO BUTCHART GARDENS WHEN WE GOT OFF THE BOAT, I BELIEVE SHE WAS AN NCL REP AND THE SHUTTLE DRIVER AT VICTORIA ALL WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. EVERYONE ELSE ON THE BOAT WAS VERY PLEASANT AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. SAFE TO SAY WE GOT EVERYTHING DONE THAT WE WANTED TO DO

It was wonderful, the ship is gorgeous!!! The food was delicious and it had many healthy options.

Overall great experience and wonderful time. Boat was clean and accessible. Thought there could have been more on board activities for kids that didn’t have cost but overall great family vacation

The cruise was great and had an excellent time. It’s a great easy way to see Alaska. Just be wary about port times since some you are not in it for long. As well as the lack of entertainment offered on a ship that needs things to do in the evening besides the casino.

This is my second time cruising with NCL the first time was in a small ship I had an interior cabin I was miserable there wasn’t anything to do this time I was on a big ship with a balcony and I loved it I did get sick with about three days left so I was grateful that I had a view. It was plenty of entertainment that you didn’t have to pay extra for I loved the observation deck great views it was an expensive trip but if I had the money I would do it again

Overall it was a wonderful trip - had a great time on the Encore and visiting the ports

It was great overall. Would love to do another Norwegian cruise. Announcements were hard to hear and understand.

Beautiful ship with wonderful staff! This cruise was only at 60% capacity so it was easy to get tickets for shows and tables for meals. The staff to passenger ratio was probably close to 1:1. Lots of training being done.

The food was the best on this cruise compared to two other NCL cruises. The tenders at the surf bar were arrogant and rude. These were the only staff I struggled with. Tenders at the Wave were amazing. They would be three deep with customers and still faster than the surf and a lot friendlier and helpful. Something needs to be done about the touchless toilets, they’re disgusting. Ship was very clean. How you can take captain Morgan off the bar menus is horrible. Not sure why the garden cafe closes at all, found this annoying. So many wonderful things about the cruise and three or four terrible things, captain Morgan, toilets, closing the cafe and staff at the surf bar, embarkation were the only negatives.
