Very disappointed at NCL. This would be my last cruise with them. Even if you buy the premium beverage package, double check to make sure it’s included when and where you order.
Embarkation

Fast embarkation even though it’s a little confusing.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Savor and Taste: Very slow service. We ended up leaving without getting our food.
Garden Cafe: Don’t go there during peak hours. It’s way too clouded to find a seat.
Local Bar and Grill: probably the best place to eat. Food was delicious. Have no trouble getting a table. Highly recommend their Fish and Chip and Loaded Nachos.
Los Lobos specialty dining: pretty good food.
teppanyaki: good food. Entertaining.
Q Texas BBQ: meh. Wish I chose somewhere else but most other specialty dining were booked except very late hours.
Onboard Activities

Race cars, laser tags… all extra charge.
Fitness center is good. Clean, working equipments.
Lack of good quality dance/exercise classes.
Entertainment

The 5 stars is for the “Choir of Men”. It’s exceptional!
Service and Staff

Starbucks on the ship was great. Friendly staffs. Fast service.
A-list Bar outside of Los Lobos was great.

Cabin / Stateroom

Very small. Maybe it’s just the inside cabins but the numbering of NCL cruise is simply weird.
Ship tip
Make reservations for specialty dining, shows as early as possible! Even if you have no reservations for the shows, go there half hour before show time and stand in the “standby” line, chances are you can get in.
The Port Valet worked without a hitch. We left our luggage outside our cabin the night before and picked them up at our destination. Disembarkation was fast.
What homeless encampments? Were they speaking about passengers "camping out" in the Observation deck? Well, when I was on the Bliss last year the crowded it got was during the Panama Canal crossing. But there were some sea days when I saw people sleeping on the couches in the Observation Lounge and on the Waterfront couches. I thought that was funny, because I was like: 'Why not just go to thier room?' Maybe they had inside small cabins.
