Was booked in a handicapped room without our request. Strobe light signaling a call or doorbell gave my wife migraines. We had to change rooms. Not pleasant to keep packing and unpacking.

It's a handicap room, so a bit bigger than average. We loved the location, and the fact that it was a quiet spot. K, our steward was on the job, and he was excellent. Our only slight dissatisfaction was the noisy buzzer and flashing lights when the phone rang. We asked if that could be shut off, which it couldn't. Instead, Norwegian offered us a free balcony room on the same floor. It was a really nice offer, but we liked being next door to our family, and declined.

Club Balcony Suite 11236 We got this cabin on an upgrade bid from an inside cabin so it was a great deal! Appreciated having the larger bathroom with the 2 faucet sink as well as the larger shower with the rainhead shower and special shower nozzles.

Corporate / booking not coordinated with ship's crew made for a rough start to our cruise by slwillson

We booked for 3 and were given this room - which is a two person room. Guest services initially showed us another internal room at the complete other end of the ship from the rest of our family, which we said was not acceptable. They then upgraded us to a balcony room very near our family which was very nice. The booking system should be programmed to ensure you cannot assign a room to someone if it doesn't have enough beds in it.
