Everyone was wonderful except the doctor on the ship. I sent a message to NCL via customer service and I’m awaiting a response. I do not appreciate the pressure to visit the doctor after a spa treatment. I’m wondering if other older women were treated as horribly by the doctor on the Encore once they said no to the up sell of fillers, Botox and the like.
