The room was horrible. We were unneath the kitchen, banging from 4am to 12am. Being pregnant this was not idle.

Very pleased with the food and excellent service. The pool area is way too small. The rooms were also very small.

Finally was able to check-off a ''Bucket List'' item with a visit to Bermuda. Norwegian Dawn was a great way to accomplish this long desired destination. Bermuda lived up to reports as being clean and friendly. Downtown was not congested and choked with automobiles The city appeared to be a safe environment. Overall: An enjoyable experience!

Relaxing trip with the sea days and no Island hopping

This was my 7th time on this cruise and over the years I have seen it go downhill. I will be looking into another cruise line for my next trip.

This is not the best cruise with people of limited mobility because you are out at sea for too long and we hit rough seas. We did have a super excursion in Bermuda-- Wild West kayaking.

Cruise was very relaxing and waitstaff and bartenders were amazing. However there needs to be straws for frozen drinks and more clocks on the boat!!!

This was our 7th cruise and Bermuda is our favorite island by far. We swam at beautiful Horseshoe Beach. We also did a complete Bermuda shore excursion bought through Cruises. com. This is a 4.5 hour tour which every participant enjoyed. Our tour person, Wayne, was excellent. Brought my Boston Globe from the morning of the cruise and never had time to read it since there was so much to do.

My husband and I Completely wasted 1400$ on a drink package and only had one alcoholic drink a day! Wish I had that money back! I could of booked another cruise with that!

we had a wonderful, fun vacation two of my friends who had never cruised before were in awe!

Service was friendly/ Everything went smooth. Food was fantastic. Drinks are delish. Nothing bad to say expect are steward. She was rude. Never really seen her. Didn't do things in the room that she should have. Rolled her eyes to people. Just kinda had a bad attitude. But I don't let that ruin my vacation. Was overall A Fantastic Trip.

I had the est time with my family. We are planning another cruise next July. I would only cruise on NCL

The crew was so nice and polite. The trail bike excursion was great. The weather had some bumpy nights but that's the Atlantic Ocean for you. Excellent food & beverages. Rooms were cleaned promptly and our cabin person was the nicest person. The entertainment was top notch. Bermuda was beautiful. No complaints with any of it. At the end of the cruise, leaving the ship was a problem. It took an hour to get off carrying our own luggage because they had the line twisted around the ship. There were very few areas roped off so line-cutting was the name of the game. They kept making announcements that the passengers were not following. Those that did not listen seemed to get off the fastest. It was controlled chaos leaving the ship on the final day. It should be better controlled. I saw an elderly couple who thought they'd only have a few 1,000 feet to go to get off the ship with their luggage and it turned out to be many times that hauling that heavy luggage. We were forward of the ship, had to go all the way forward, then all the way aft, then halfway forward again to get off (that was without cutting the line).

The only issue we had was with the handicap bathroom doors. They are extremely dangerous swinging outwards into the path of passengers walking by. The timing of the doors closing did not allow for me to completely exit with my Mother in a wheelchair resulting in several times bruising my arm. The doors open & close with such force I fear someone could be seriously injured just walking by & having the door hit them in the face. A suggestion, if at all possible is to have the doors slide open & closed. Do not take this lightly. One evening while waiting in line for something, my sister in law & I were standing against a wall, & suddenly we were "shoved" forward. She leaned against the button not knowing it was to open the door, We were stunned. From then on whenever I had my Mother in the handicap bathroom, I held the edge of the door to look behind to insure the aisle was clear of anyone walking by.

This was a family reunion of 20 ppl. Everyone had so much fun! The additional ppl made the night life, dancing, casinos more fun and lively! Would recommend this cruse. I’m sure very nice and relaxing as a couple yo.

The only thing that bothered me was at night, say 10:00 and going to sleep, was the noise of chairs being moved. It would be great if you could put something on the bottom of them. Also on the balcony of each room, that noise of moving tables and chairs !!!

Will more than likely not cruise Norwegian again. The Dawn is an older ship that should be replaced. Thermal suite rip off is the main reason!

We had a good time but Norwegian has become really petty in many ways. For one, they don't even allow passengers to bring on bottled water, much less any wine or liquor. Really? Bottled water is a problem. Well, I guess it is when they can sell bottled water for exorbitant prices onboard.

The days in Bermuda were spectacular, but I felt that the days at sea were very long.

If you are looking for great service, then look elsewhere. Servers were annoyed with us asking for straws and drinks (chocolate milk) for our young toddlers because they had to go elsewhere to get them. Some were allowed into the restaurants with shorts on and others were turned away, even though it specifically states in their daily freestyle that shorts were allowed. Have a question? Good luck finding someone who can answer it for you without having to send you elsewhere to find your answer. Concierge app was horrible. Was told that there are multiple access points so we were disconnected from the app multiple times throughout the cruise so you don't get any notifications when someone sends you a message and calls can't get through unless you keep the app open and restart it with every few steps that you take. Other than that, food was good, not the best that I've had, but good enough. The activities were good. I did like that you had the option of dressing up or dressing down. Anytime dining was nice also.
