Very enjoyable and we would highly recommend it; but be careful of spending too much money on the ship provided tours and excursions.

Overall we had a lot of fun. Ship was pretty good but my past cruises on royal caribbean were definetely much more fun, although a lot more expensive.

My stateroom was well located. The only problem we found was the noise of moving chairs from deck 12 from the cafe-buffet area

The itinerary for the cruise was fantastic. We truly enjoyed the spa on the ship as well as all of the entertainment. Again the cruise director was great. We were really let down by the food. We definitely expected more. Believe me we were not alone in this sentiment. We took part in the cruise next promotion where we basically put down a deposit for a future cruise. We are seriously considering canceling it because the food was so poor in our opinion. We cruised last April on RC and the food was spectacular.

I think all cruises are good and overall it is hard to complain about a wonderful vacation. However this was not my favorite ship due to the design, the staff in many areas were not as friendly, and the food and service overall was not as good as we have experienced in the past.

Love all the ports with only 1 sea day. Loved Hotwire band and found food was average but service helped make dinner a highlight every night.

Here's my overview. Ship was great. Loved the smaller size! Loved that no smoking around the pool! Loved the entertainment especially Jose and Patty and big production shows. Please get rid of the wine bar. No one in it! Needs to be a fun bar of some sort, with TV's for sports, etc., and fun atmosphere. Glad the bar in the atrium had drinks and coffee. Cabin was good, food was good. Really enjoyed the Aqua Restaurant with Ruby and staff.

We was extremely disappointed in the staff at the customer service desk. I visit them three times and called once. Our room was below the kitchen and extremely noisy, had to listen to carts being pushed across the floor and the sound of things being dropped, we were across the hall from the staffs dining room in which we heard the door opening and shutting at night and also early morning. We had a joining room that had a small child that screamed every day at nap time and every night at bedtime. I explained my concerns about the noise to the desk and they were not apologetic at all. VERY VERY Disappointed in how this was handle from NWC staff. However they did send a bottle of wine and strawberries to the room, this gift was not going to help AT ALL with the amount of noise we had to deal with.

Nice cruise that goes to 7 different islands in 10 days (and enough time in each port to actually enjoy)!

Make sure to check where your room is located when your travel agent says you been upgraded. Room 5150 was a nightmare. I am sure that others have had similar experiences.

We enjoyed cruise. The staff and entertainment were the best.

This Norwegian Cruise was nothing short of excellent! The itinerary was great, as we had plenty of stops, but plenty of time to relax, as well. We ate well, slept well, were treated wonderfully, and came back with a great tan! 10/10!

Overall, a very nice cruise, and January turned out to be the perfect time to visit these islands as the weather was a perfect temperature! Was pleased with the ship and most amenities - it would have been better if the entertainment had been better...stand up comedy or magic for 45 minutes was a bit too much...they would have been better if placed between "acts" and not the feature entertainment. Drink prices was really quite high, and the drink packages are way too high...definitely not worth it unless you are a heavy drinker!

This is one of the best cruises ever. The weather was just right for 10 days highs in the low to mid 80s. We saw about 20 minutes of showers during the day for the entire trip. Water is cool but is quite swimmable and refreshing. The ship is great for this itinerary. I would NOT try to eat in the VENETIAN as your reservation is meaningless - tried it twice over two cruises. You will be asked to wait in line for you reservation? And the service and food is not really that good - buffet is better. The specialty restaurants are much better and we ate mostly there. The Gatsby's Bar is the BEST!!! The staff was incredible. Really everything was great it was an adventure for sure. There are a lot of ports, which can wear you out. So be careful as they all are great. Only two seas which are early.

Overall our cruises was good, the food was good except for that noted in this review. All the staff was very friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Our major disappointment was the noise from the cafateria above us during the late hours. Our complaints fell on deaf ears.

Surprised about the poor entertainment on board for new years eve. The band selected for the pool area did not invite people to dance. Very poor organized. Boring activities ar night time. Thank god we bought the thermal suite pass. We have taken the new year cruise with Royal Caribbean and Celebrity ant the parties on board were fantastic. Norwegian needs to work on this area to improve the passenger experience.

Great experience with the family. We loved the food,crew and activities. The facilities were great. I would just suggest to offer more accommodations with people with allergies and food restrictions.
