Overall, a very nice cruise, and January turned out to be the perfect time to visit these islands as the weather was a perfect temperature! Was pleased with the ship and most amenities - it would have been better if the entertainment had been better...stand up comedy or magic for 45 minutes was a bit too much...they would have been better if placed between "acts" and not the feature entertainment.
Drink prices was really quite high, and the drink packages are way too high...definitely not worth it unless you are a heavy drinker!

The first three nights the entertainment was mediocre; however the remainder shows improved as the days advanced. Not as good as I had anticipated!

For the most part the service was excellent; however, I downgraded the room steward as the room on a couple of occasions lacked proper amount of towels, washcloths. Also had asked for more creamer to be left and since that did not happen, I brought some from the cafe to store in the refrigerator.
It was very nice to have a coffee pot in the room...so did not need room service.

It was smaller than what I had anticipated from the photos advertised; however, the bath shower area was really quite nice and fairly roomy.
Ship tip
Be sure you fully understand how to prepare for departure. the instructions of luggage bag tags being delivered did not happen causing much confusion the morning of departure
No place to store baggage so waited the day out at the airport before flying home. Had a place to store luggage been available, would have taken an excursion there.
Nice island and did the See and Sea excursion which was nice, but the underwater experience would have been better if the windows were cleaner. A bit disappointing when the color of the fish is not evident through glass.
Nice, really enjoyed the Hato Caves and Ostrich farm excursion, even though the farm wasn't as exciting as I had anticipated and unfortunately photos of the caves was prohibited even if you took pictures without flash. However in one area where natural light came in, pictures were permitted
Did the Mountain Rainforest, Grand Etang and Annandale Falls exciursion and it was very good...seemed good to see trees, mountains, etc as well as some flowering.
Catamaran and Lobster Lunch Cruise - very nice, but it had been quite windy so one of the beach stops was cancelled. Lunch was good - not great, but nice. Also drinks were unlimited.
Took an island tour with Exotic Tours and so few of us were on the excursion, we really got a royal treatment! Beautiful scenery and plenty of nice shops to browse with very reasonable prices...one of the best stops.
This would have gone better if better instructions had been provided. We thought we'd have to carry off our own luggage when the tags did not arrive as indicated. But the service desk did provide service and tags at the last minute which helped a great deal!
