Review summary
We was extremely disappointed in the staff at the customer service desk. I visit them three times and called once. Our room was below the kitchen and extremely noisy, had to listen to carts being pushed across the floor and the sound of things being dropped, we were across the hall from the staffs dining room in which we heard the door opening and shutting at night and also early morning. We had a joining room that had a small child that screamed every day at nap time and every night at bedtime. I explained my concerns about the noise to the desk and they were not apologetic at all. VERY VERY Disappointed in how this was handle from NWC staff. However they did send a bottle of wine and strawberries to the room, this gift was not going to help AT ALL with the amount of noise we had to deal with.Embarkation
