This would be a great cruise to introduce someone to cruising as we often couldn't tell we were on the water due to the slow speeds from port to port, etc. NCL needs to work on their food however, nothing ever stood out in the complementary dining venues, really need to pay for specialty dining to enjoy.

If you are used to the Breakaway, you will not like this ship. I, for one, will never sail Dawn or any ship from that category. Only the shows in the theater made this trip not a complete flop

This is our third cruise on the Dawn. It is the right size ship.

We had an amazing time on the Norwegian Dawn. There were plenty of activities every day for both children and adults. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

This was our honeymoon and we booked through using miles I had racked up for years. The whole experience was very relaxing and my wife and I enjoyed it a lot. The boat was launched in 2002, so the design is a little bit older and there are no water slides, but there is plenty of entertainment on board. We went to Cocoa Beach - swam and biked on the beach. The Great Stirrup Cay (GSC) and the underwater sculpture garden were fantastic. Since the GSC is a cruiseline private island, they serve free lunch there, which was awesome. Nassau is mostly a touristy place with lots of shopping, but you can definitely get to the beach. Overall, a great trip!

The staff and crew of the Norwegian Dawn single-handedly ruined our honeymoon. when we were able to get off on two out of the three islands, with very little time to spend, we had a wonderful time with the Islanders of Nassau, and swimming in Stirrup cay. I finished all my anxiety medication while on the trip, a day and a half early. The threats, nastiness, lack of help or understanding English at all, the lack of water or hot water throughout the entire trip I just can't say anything but tortured. Sleep deprivation & TORTURE.

we had a very good time and our children enjoyed their activities, the pools, the shows, the food, and everything they did. we recommend this cruise to everyone else.

A great trip with fantastic cruise line, great staff, fun and fantastic fellow passengers. Couldn't be happier about this cruise.

This was a dream vacation of a lifetime. It was my boyfriend's (now Fiance's) first cruise and he didnt know what to expect. He had a great time, and we always had something to do. The food and drinks were excellent and the ports were each so unique and exciting. Highly recommend NCL for a cruise vacation!

We are kind of disappointed with this cruise and don't think it is worth the money we paid for.

Overall the ship was very clean. The food was "OK". The service was good. The ship was fully booked so I could not get another room when my AC went down......room was over 100 degrees so I spent 2 days wandering the halls like a HOBO

Cruise to Bahamas was fantastic. The cruise director Richard Matic, VIP band, fantastic shows and magnificent crew & elegant ship created a quintessential experience!

Overall, our family of 5 (all adults) had a very good time. There was plenty to do on board and the entertainment was excellent. We dined in the following restaurants: Venetian, Aqua, O'Sheenhan's. The food was good but not excellent. The service staff was wonderful and everyone was very pleasant. The dress was more casual than I expected. Since we were going north in June, the weather was cool at most of the ports, but we expected that.

Ship needs a makeover badly. We had issues in the dinning room that were never addressed and plumbing issues on our deck that gives you the feeling that the ship needs a lot of work.

Felt like the boat was very crowded especially in the pool area where we were never able to get a lounge chair as people got there early and put their towels on them to reserve them. Also felt nickel and dimed to death between playing bingo extra dinners Etc thought the excursions were very pricey
