We liked it so much we're headed back out next summer on it! Perfect size to get to know the ship and the ship staff. I highly recommend to anyone cruising for their first time or veteran cruisers.

Wonderful cruise. We met lots of friendly people and made great memories. The food was over the top good, served by a very professional waitstaff. We even saw dolphins jumping alongside the ship on our way back to Boston. We are definitely doing this again!

We really enjoyed our first cruise. We loved everything about the cruise. We are looking to do another one real soon.We learned a lot on the cruise. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful for first time cruisers.

We enjoyed the size of the Dawn and the fact that we didn't have to fight any crowds We were really disappointed with the food. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food is something that can be tweaked and I and hoping they do so I would like to revisit the Dawn again.

This cruise was our honeymoon! The ship was very clean and staff was wonderful. We absolutely loved the entertainment! Great shows including singing and dancing, comedy, a hypnotist, game shows and more! The complementary food however was not so great. The main buffet was terrible. I’m not a picky eater and me and my husband could hardly eat anything there. The complementary dining was a little better but not excellent. If you want good food pick the specialty dining as one of your packages and you can get 3 free specialty meals. The tempinyaki is a must! Overall we enjoyed the cruise. Bermuda was beautiful and the people there are very nice and friendly. Everyone tells you not to rent a scooter on the island but waiting for busses and fairy’s gets old. We rented a scooter on the last day and it was the best thing we did! Being able to have freedom to roam the island as we please was amazing. I would recommend this cruise as long as you keep the food in mind. The ship, entertainment, and staff were exceptional.

Great time with great peopIe. I enjoy the feel of a smaller ship. The people and staff just seem nicer. Our group of 7 was always able to sit together and never felt that it was any inconvenience to any of the staff.

It was ok. I wish there were more food choices for people with food allergies. The room and common areas were clean. There was no solarium for people who wish to use the pools and hot tubs without Children

Food was mediocre on a good day, and not a great variety over the 7 days. The only restaurant we thoroughly enjoed was La Cucina. Food is a very important on a cruise for us. Staff was amazing, always polite and willing to get you what you needed. Room steward Rene, was one if the best we've ever had. Entertainment was great.

Weather was nice. Ports of call were good but service on cruise inconsistent. Food was only good in specialty restaurants. Service was good there but they added gratuity. Missed having towel animals in my cabin.

The cruise is ok.

I would have loved to give this ship a 5 star rating but one thing knocked 2 stars off my overall rating: CRAPPY INTERNET SERVICE! Not just CRAPPY but rarely works!!! If you like watching a spinning icon while your HIGHLY EXPENSIVE minutes go down TOILET as you sit and wait for an app or page to open, then this is the crappy internet service for you! After taking the time to seek out more than one management person to see if they might credit me back for wasted $$$ on something that barely and rarely worked- no one offered to make any adjustments to compensate my loss! Other than that, I could have raved about how great the entertainment was, etc., but it's hard to get excited about a company that puts their profits over treating their customers fairly! I will probably NOT be taking another NCL cruise in the future!

We enjoyed the cruise, the shop, the food, and the staff are all fantastic! I got a spa treatment, Mani pedi and while it was very relaxing the quality of the service wasn't what I'm accustomed to. They didn't file down my nails and shape my toe nails. They spent more time exfoliating my arms and legs than on my actual nails. Then tried to sell me the product used. it was quite costly. I wouldn't do the Mani pedi again. The cruise is fantastic though. We were traveling with hurricanes around us and though we had some rocking of the boat it was still very nice. The captain did a fantastic job navigating the ship around the worst of the storm.

Not the best cruise we have been on. Boston to Bermuda is a very weather dependent route, so can't criticize that. Very little communications about upcoming weather conditions. Cabin tv very limited so no information available there. Excessive smoking apparently allowed. Could benefit from an adult-only pool area.

Small ship no problems! The dawn is a great starter boat or a anytime boat!

The cruise was very relaxing, our party had lots of fun together. The ship is dated and in need of overall updating of event areas and equipment. The cruise staff were very friendly and attentive.

With exception of one issue which had nothing to do with the cruise this was an absolutely wonderful cruise. I have nothing to complain about and no suggestions to improve the experience. The ship was wonderful the crew and staff were wonderful the food was wonderful and Bermuda is as beautiful as ever. We are looking forward to again sailing next year in May and October on the Dawn

Travel dates Sept 8-15. Just back from our 4th cruise and 2nd to Bermuda. Due to hurricane Jose we arrived in Bermuda at 9am on Sunday rather than the ususal schedule of 1pm. Three full days was great and Bermuda is just so special. We had an inside on deck 9 and our steward did a great job. We ate mostly breakfast in the garden cafe buffet. Variety of foods for everyone. I esp like the fresh fruit. My cousin opts for bacon & eggs. All was very good. Most of our dinners were in Venetian and it was top notch. I had the best meal I have ever had on a ship and it was salmon. I can't even describe how good it was. Some of the meals we had were hake, calamari & pasta, cordon blue, roast turkey, sirloin and stuffed chicken breast to mention a few. We loved the food. We mostly attended the music venues at night. Jose & Patti, DJ Dan and New Generation. Soul Due was not to be missed. The new decor we didn't care for. Very plain and the new art, you must have to have a special eye for, we didn't like it. I have to agree with previous reviews as to the smoke on the pool deck. Small pool and most days hard to find a seat. Too many "saved" loungers. On Bermuda we did the Dockyard shopping on our own. We took advantage of the free trolley. One of the days we stayed on the ship and did the NCL swizzle sail at night. The other, we went on the ferry to Hamilton. We toured the Bermuda Museum there and shopped on Main St. Tokens for the ferry were 4.50 each/9.00 for two at visitors window as you exit the ship. You can buy two day ferry/bus pass for 31.00. We had a great time. In my opinion, there is no bad cruise, it is what you make it. Weather was sunny and seas were calm, thanks to Captain's slight change of direction on the way home. I always want to go back.

Time for my pre-cruise rules for cruise 1 remember you did not charter the ship! All others are there to enjoy also so be mindful of others 2 after the mandatory safety brief everyone will be trying to get somewhere so be patient the cruise has just started 3 a cabin is not a hotel room expect it to be small unless you are in a suite 4 there is plenty of food on board for everyone, you can always get anything you want 5 the crew are not slaves, they work long hard hours away from their families. They have bad days just like you, so be kind smile and talk to them . They enjoy talking to you about their families and yours 6 do try your hardest to play well with others and share you will meet some very interesting people 7 finally if your one of those generally miserable people who complain about anything and everything stay in you cabin

The only compljnt is that I wish we had three full days in Bermuda. Getting in at 1:00 pm on the first day was a disappointment but we made the best of it.
