For first cruise after the pandemic we found it disappointing. NCL asks we book dining prior to cruise. We did and booked 7:30pm so we could catch the 9:30 show. Due to COVID they are only doing 1 show each night at 8pm. Had the NCL website informed us there would only be one show and the time, we'd have chosen a different time. They knew so they should inform their passengers in advanced. We spent time rearranging all the dinner reservations which took time. The entertainment was disappointing as we loved to listen to music and have drinks before dinner and after the evening main show. The piano player, Robert, was horrible. Mostly improvised rather than playing familiar songs for the age group nor was he willing to take requests. I requested "New York, New York", Oh What a Beautiful Morning" or "PianoMan". He knew none of them. He was the worst but the others not much better. We spoke with some of the waiters in the bars and they said sales...and tips....were down since the music was so bad. The WiFi worked so much better than prior cruises so that was a positive. Overall, not the vacation we were hoping for but we've got a Viking Ocean cruise in April and are anticipating a better experience.

This was a "default" cruise resulting from a cancellation of a South Pacific cruise last year, so it was a let-down. We were very disappointed that 2 of the original ports were dropped (Bonaire and Cayman Island) due to COVID and no compensation was offered. NCLis still our "go-to" mid-range cruise line, but their prices have skyrocketed recently and are pushing us toward the premium cruise lines.

Wished for a relaxing cruise and got it! The crew/staff actually pampered us. I did miss being able to dine with the Captain, however. Felt that using the Covid issues was more an excuse then a reason.

We enjoyed visiting the islands along with friends.. We believe the health protocols were appropriately enforced. Probably safer on the boat than here in Florida. It was great to be able to cruise again

How many bad things can you say about someone taking care of your every need for 3 weeks...NONE Every cruise is a great cruise and we love NCL

Wonderful ports, accommodations were great, staff very friendly and helpful.

I feel we’re should get a refund because we were not able to stop at certain ports. The main reason I booked this cruise was because I have not been to any of these areas. I was very disappointed and feel I wasted my money

The embarkation process created a sour taste to start with. Having an 8+ hour delay in setting sail did nothing to reverse the initial taste. Having the limited show schedules was certainly disappointing. Having to tender at both Roatan and Harvest Caye was not expected and was not a situation that I plan to repeat. The food (other than in the buffet) was excellent. The service staff was very good with some of the staff being exceptional.

Nice experience and great ship to go with.Nice view and very friendly staff. security is everywhere and they are always helpful for any needs.

I think this cruise line is much more expensive for booking and onboard purchases, than some I've on. I don't like they won't let you bring sodas on board but will allow wine. It costs almost $4 a can for soda after gratuity is added. That's nearly $48.00 a 12 pack. The games, bingo, deal or no deal, are costly to play. I like to play Roulette but the minimum play is $10 as to my last cruise on a different Line, $5 so I didn't play

We were totally spoiled. Loved the music playing on the top deck. I would recommend the music starting earlier. I think it started around 11. The shows were very good, very entertaining, and enjoyed very much.

Enjoyable with great service. Appreciated 50% capacity and no children.

This was a great vacation. Crew did a great job keeping everything clean while be aware of the situation with Coronavirus. We had a great cruise.

Overall it was a nice cruise. Everyone ( the other guest) were very nice. One more thing, i wish there would have been more latin salsa music to dance to. :)

We enjoyed the cruise. It was very relaxing. Everyone was very friendly. I especially was impressed with the diligence to keep the passengers healthy!

Overall, not our favorite ship. The overall decor on dawn isn’t as nice as other ships. Plain and simple decor. No wow factor anywhere. Very clean though throughout. Not enough comfy seating around ship along hallways, atrium, etc. Not enough nice lounges. Gatsby wasn’t small. bliss, seating was low and hard, not comfortable at all. Buffet was so disappointing. Wine bar was very nice and we went there every evening. Choices were limited and food was very mediocre at best. Crew and staff outstanding almost everywhere. Beds were very hard and hurt my back. Liked that there weren’t formal nights and the drink package was nice except it didn’t include water. Water was very expensive to purchase.
