I think this cruise line is much more expensive for booking and onboard purchases, than some I've on. I don't like they won't let you bring sodas on board but will allow wine. It costs almost $4 a can for soda after gratuity is added. That's nearly $48.00 a 12 pack. The games, bingo, deal or no deal, are costly to play. I like to play Roulette but the minimum play is $10 as to my last cruise on a different Line, $5 so I didn't play
Embarkation

After leaving luggage at baggage claim we had to take a long walk up the street where a clinic was set up to give the Covid tests. If there has been any cases of Covid this could have been a "super spreader" disaster. To long a walk for those with a walker, wheelchairs, and the elderly and disabled. I cruised on Carnival last month and was able to get test 2 days prior to cruise. Nice and easy.

Food was good except by time it got to table the food was cold due to the cold temperature they kept the ship. Only dined in Main Dining and Garden Cafe.

Ship tip
Check out the embarkcation process with the Covid testing.
Took the train ride around city after being driven there by Taxi. It was very nice and informative. Once back to docking area, was a very long walk to City Center. I've been here two times before and ship was docked in much better piers for those not taking excursions.
Aruba is beautiful if docked in a good pier which we were not. To long a walk to City Center and shops. Been here two times before and was docked in a much better pier. Took the submarine boat ride.
Getting off the ship and obtaining luggage was great but once off if you were being picked up by private vehicle, you had to take that long walk back up to the same area where the Covid testing was being performed, this time with luggage in hand.
Thanks for the review. For many, the current Covid restrictions / requirements are not worth it just to take a cruise. It is probably best to wait until Covid is over.
