Review summary

Wished for a relaxing cruise and got it! The crew/staff actually pampered us. I did miss being able to dine with the Captain, however. Felt that using the Covid issues was more an excuse then a reason.

For the most part, the stage shows were good 9much better than recent Alaska and Athens-Dubaui cruises. The one thing I can’t tolerate is the excessive volume levels in the Stardust Theatre and other venues (at times painfully so). The Elements show was exceptionally good, as were the daily performances by the guitarist/vocalist, Randon.

All the ship’s personnel we came into contact with were exceptionally friendly. Several of them went out of their way to accommodate us!

A shape there’s no lounge on the upper foreword deck, such as the Spinnaker Lounge found on several of your other ships. However, the cleanliness of the ship can’t be faulted. Everything was clean and well maintained!

Thank you very much for your review and comments. We absolutely love the Dawn. On one hand I agree with you regarding Deck 12 and the loss of the Spinaker Lounge to add more cabins. On the other we have booked the same Suite on Deck 12 on 4 cruises which we really enjoy. Previously, the suite we were had were wonderful but not to the level these are.
