Ship is old, 2 specialty restaurants great, tour planning staff all confused, go to theater, then no go to pier, then make line, then no go elsewhere, then new line, every port the same, tours were great, did not stop at Puerto Plata, it was a reason we booked this trip, gave us Puerto Rico, last 4 cruises a nice stop was removed and got Puerto Rico, ship was understaffed, sure a lot of people will complain on this, theater show was great, many seats are broken, never fixed, it goes down to far u slide off, back ache when leaving, shows were great, most issues is ship and understaffed and no training. Not AA fault, but my list is to long

Ship tip
Ship was full, never got the upgrade, pool chairs all had towels and bags and 80% never got used pool policy was not enforced.
We did not know we were to tender, booking stated port, u were a prisoner at the island, 40 steps no wheel chair access, no food or drinks available like princess island
This was not our stop, they took out Puerto Plata, noted as not safe, next port another Norwegian ship dock next to us and they were there and loved it, felt safe, so why was ours canceled. To many excuses
It was a nightmare, total confusion, one announcement could not hear, another was loud and clear, delay was health, then was staff, then was port plank not working, we were on deck watching, it pulled right up and a ramp was pushed up, had roped off and the camera staff were setup. But were told can't use it. 4 hours later we started to get off downstairs, a big mess, sure people missed their flights, tours, etc... lines were long to go through custom. Boarding lines outside wow, went around city block, not enough sidewalks to accommodate people and suitcases
