so onboarding and embarking was rough... unless you have a haven suite or diamond or above status, it almost always is, unless you arrive extra early to avoid the mad rush, it almost always is, unless you sail from an extremely efficient port, such as San Diego or Port Canaveral, it almost always is, and if you are ever sailing from New Orleans on ANY cruise line, guess what, it pretty much always is, and none of it can be laid blame of ncl or the breakaway staff and crew. Be mad at New Orleans city council and the Port Authority, but leave it out of your cruise review please. oh wait! darn it! sorry! There us good and bad on every cruise, do not expect perfection in any vacation. RCL does seem better than NCL so far, but it still bests working that week! :)

This was a birthday cruise for my wife and we always have a good time and a good time we had. Lots of great food, drinks and entertainment.

We would take a cruise again. As far as meeting people and relaxing was concerned, mission accomplished. We got sun, too, even with a rain day. Over all service could have been better. Courtesy was there but getting a drink took some time. We enjoyed the selection of activities and the venues.

The Haven on the Breakaway is exceptional, and if you're looking for a luxury vacation, I highly recommend it. Without fail, the Haven staff were superb. Notable standouts were our butler, Stefan Lojanica; our steward, Ronaldo Clamor; the maitre d of the Haven dining room, Cielo Rojo; Bowen, the Haven Concierge; and Rogelio, the Haven sun deck attendant. Collectively, they made an otherwise great trip perfect. The Breakaway is also a great ship with lots of activities.

Transatlantic Cruing was great!! Love Europe and look forward to another in a different area of Europe to see other places.

It was a solid/good cruise despite the issues. If those issues hadn't happened then it would've been a great cruise.

It was a wonderful cruise despite of the pandemic still going on. I felt safe in the cruise with all the requirements to be on board. Looking forward to cruise again. I'm very happy that the cruise industry is sailing again. Will recommend The NCL Breakaway

Great trip with many adventures, lost of entertainment, and good food and drink. Look forward to our next adventure and maybe getting more family to come.

Great cruise. Rough seas, so shows, pool and slides were canceled or closed. But that’s ok. We had a great time. Absolutely do the Sky Bar. So cool and so much fun. My only complaint would be the layout of the ship. Other then that, awesome cruise

We loved the Breakaway. It was the best cruise yet. 11 days in the Haven was wonderful.

I could do without Jamaica and I still am unimpressed with the inconsistent service but would I do it again? Absolutely .

I was surprised at how huge the Breakaway is. It is loaded with fun activities and venues (bowling alley, ropes course, water slides/shoots, mini golf, Margaritaville, and much more. Yet as big as this ship is, it was so easy to get around. Signage is at every elevator and stairs. It has kiosks on every floor forward and aft to handle all your needs including signing up for shows. The food lines and restaurant services were always fast. Never waited more than 5 minutes to get seated and there was never a line at the buffet. There was always a place to sit on the buffet area. Food was excellent! Entertainment is the BEST I've seen on my 13 cruises. Drinks are pricey on NCL. They need to real them in a bit. I really enjoyed cruising with NCL so much so I bought Next Cruise deposits on board which I've never done.

Second time on the Breakaway and it was better than the first. Great ship, excellent crew, delicious food and super entertainment.

2 Thumbs Up!! Give it a shot. We enjoyed every minute of it. There are activities for all to do and see. If you're bored it's your fault not thiers! Great staff, food and entertainment.

I was disappointed about harvest caye being canceled, but the trip was amazing anyhow.

I won’t book with Norwegian again! It will be Royal Caribbean from now on!!!
