It was a solid/good cruise despite the issues. If those issues hadn't happened then it would've been a great cruise.

Again it's really small for this size ship. You had to get there really early to get a decent seat even when you've pre-reserved your seat ahead of time. The talent though again was fantastic.

Our steward was amazing! However I have to give them three stars because of how they handled things with my stateroom. Apparently the guests in my stateroom on the prior cruise trashed the room and broke the sofa. The cruise line knew this and was supposed to switch my stateroom prior to embarkation but they didn't. I spent hours standing in guest service lines trying to find out if I had a stateroom and then hours in line during the week because my account never worked properly after my stateroom was switched. They even lost my pre-paid dinner reservation so we lost an evening of specialty dining that we paid for and I still haven't been reimbursed by NCL.

Cabin / Stateroom

Once my stateroom was reassigned it was great. Nice and large, loved the large walk-in shower! Only criticism is that it could use some drawers for storage.
Ship tip
Get to the pool early if you want to be able to swim.
They rushed everyone into lines 30-40 minutes prior to when we were scheduled to disembark and then made us stand in a slow moving line for 20-30 minutes. Why not call us into line when you're actually ready for us to disembark?
We ended up having to go through our bank to get a refund for an excursion that got canceled, but still had a wonderful time and will definitely do again.
