I myself would not cruise NCL again. Food was cruise ship food. Nothing impressive about it at all.

Very disorganized transportation from airport to ship. No direction & lack of information. Atrium area is very loud especially when trying to interact with guest services. Excursions were lacking & descriptions were inaccurate. Staff was wonderful & overall a pleasant cruise.

All in all, very happy and pleased. Food in my opinion was great. Staff was friendly, service was hit or miss, seemed maybe short staffed. Drinks always seemed to take awhile. Worse thing was one specialty restaurant, at desert, ordered Baileys with coffee, waited over 30 min, and never got, waiter said it was coming couple times but finally just left. I think"service charges" are way too high.

so onboarding and embarking was rough... unless you have a haven suite or diamond or above status, it almost always is, unless you arrive extra early to avoid the mad rush, it almost always is, unless you sail from an extremely efficient port, such as San Diego or Port Canaveral, it almost always is, and if you are ever sailing from New Orleans on ANY cruise line, guess what, it pretty much always is, and none of it can be laid blame of ncl or the breakaway staff and crew. Be mad at New Orleans city council and the Port Authority, but leave it out of your cruise review please. oh wait! darn it! sorry! There us good and bad on every cruise, do not expect perfection in any vacation. RCL does seem better than NCL so far, but it still bests working that week! :)

This is a very nice cruise. However there is only one sea day. If you do the tours at each port like we did it can be grueling for the faint of heart. There is a lot to see for a first timer to Europe.

We loved the trip even though we did not receìve the open bar. Loved the open dining with adequate seating at any time. Much better than the long lines and full restaurants of other ships. The entertainment was amazing.

The menu in the Haven for all three meals were the same everyday. Should vary the menu daily. There was no formal tea on the ship. This is a nice feature on other cruise lines.

Perfect quick getaway and beautiful ports. On board personnel and facilities on NCL was too notch. Freestyle dining option was great! Really need to improve the embarking and disembarking procedures - very inefficient and frustrating.

Overall we enjoyed the cruise. Our two biggest issues were short staffing, especially in the bars, and a lack of enforcement of the adult areas. We get that people want a family friendly environment but that doesnt mean kids need an all access pass to the entire place.

This was a great first cruise for my husband. He got to experience Norwegian's first rate service, food, and entertainment. I love all the ports of call on this cruise. There's always so much to see and do.

We were celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday. The cruise was excellent. Staff was attentive and having everything planned out in advance left us plenty of time to do what we wanted as we wanted

staff very friendly, food was fantastic; NCL needs to do better boarding and unboarding travelers at ports, felt like herded animals at several ports; several delays at ports for excursions excursions very expensive

Lots to do, eat, etc. would recommend this ship to others

Like Norwegian as a cruise line but this ship felt crowded and the New Orleans port is difficult. Didn’t have as much issues sailing from the Carnival terminal. We had to circle thru the terminal only to be told we had to park elsewhere as the lot was full then had to shuttle back to the terminal.

Not happy with New Orleans port access but enjoyed the experience of the cruise. Good food, variety of activities both on board and shore excursions. Theater shows are high Broadway quality. Wish some of the Atrium games and shows had a bigger venue for more seating.

It was overall a great time. We love cruising with Norwegian.

This was our first time sailing with Norwegian. We had a great time and were impressed by both the food and service. We were spoiled in the Haven and elsewhere on the ship. It will be hard to return to reality.

This was my forth Norweigan cruise and will probably be my last.

Absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this boat to everyone. The staff is amazing.
