Review summary

Very disorganized transportation from airport to ship. No direction & lack of information. Atrium area is very loud especially when trying to interact with guest services. Excursions were lacking & descriptions were inaccurate. Staff was wonderful & overall a pleasant cruise.

Lack of busses for transport from airport led to standing in line in the sun for over an hour before reaching the check in desk. Lacking in signage or direction from staff.

Cagneys was excellent as usual. Teppanaki was wonderful. Buffets was mediocre compared to other NCL ships. Lack of variety daily & bland.

Our room steward was changed out mid cruise. Either very new or just lacking in skill. All other staff were wonderful.

Our room steward was not happy that we needed twin bed setup. Finally had to speak with his boss to get this changed. Water package was not delivered until 2nd day. There was a used bar of soap in shower & a dirty pair of Levi’s in the bottom of closet. Not really sure how clean our room was. Our friends found condoms in their room. Our 2nd room steward was absolutely wonderful!

They need to schedule how many ships in port. Two hour lines to get on tram for transport back to tenders in the heat & sun is too much. No consideration for the elderly &/or handicapped.
