We had a wonderful time but it could have been much better. Lack of service was not enjoyable. No more dedicated steward to your room. Other than room service, it took housekeeping/maintenance/laundry service over an hour to respond.

Signed up for priority embarkation. Once we were able to drop our luggage off, we were on the boat within 10 mins. Fairly organized, had one issue getting our luggage to our room. We were in 10236 & found half our luggage at 10136.

Didn’t experience much. Pools are very small, decks very busy. Other than one day at sea, there’s a new port every night. We were exhausted.

Live music was great. One of my favorite shows, Six, was playing. Loved it.

Disappointed with the end of twice daily service. Especially on a 10-day cruise. Steward was not easy to find. Overall, not impressed.

Don’t feel obligated to book excursions for every port. Do your research.
Everything is very spread out. Must take shuttle from port to Livorno city center for 7€ round trip. Pisa & Lucca are about 60 mins away, Florence is about 90 mins away. Florence is EXPENSIVE. Pisa is very small.
