Perfect quick getaway and beautiful ports. On board personnel and facilities on NCL was too notch. Freestyle dining option was great!
Really need to improve the embarking and disembarking procedures - very inefficient and frustrating.

In NOLA, a bit haphazard with boarding as security created some backups. They needed more personnel. Once through, NCL has adequate staffing to register and receive boarding passes.

Got upgraded to Balcony Stateroom 2 days prior...worth going through the bidding...our steward for 12712 was on top of everything and made us feel so at home

Anticipate waiting for embarkation and debarkation in New Orleans...not planned
They need to reconsider disembarking by floors, elevators and stairwells we're jammed. Makes you wonder how effective an evacuation in an emergency would be :-o
Seems like embarkation and debarkation have the most issues. What is sad, half the time it is the port folks causing the issues. The ship and port need to start communicating better.
