Norweigen were down hill. I always had good experiences but this cruise was the absolute worst. The excursions were expensive and not worth it. Customer service was horrible. Broken toilet in my room and not told about it. Still waiting for the customer service supervisor to call me (I know this will never happen) Rude representatives. Disembarking nightmare. DONT SAIL ON THE BREAKAWAY!!!

We've been on 23 cruises with NCL. Getting tired of the nickel and diming, but still our favorite cruise line. Make sure you get the dining package and try the specialty restaurants. Treat the employees with kindness and respect -- they work so hard to make your vacation a great one.

First time with Norwegian. Great experience! The Staff really does their best to help you have a great cruise!

Ship touts 22 bars but only 2-3 were open at any time & way understaffed. Dining & show reservations were not honored. After standing in long lines to get the reservations, guests were allowed in without reservations & filled the tables & show seats so those of us with reservations were turned us away or given a 45-minute wait. There were long lines for everything (bar service, reservations, getting on & off the ship in ports, etc.) and too few staff to process/assist. The pool & pool deck was way too small. The onboard $200 credit was not honored & we received a surprise bill of $266.

This was our 21st cruise, fifth on Norwegian. It was overall very nice, and the weather could not have been more perfect. I appreciated the staff all wearing masks even though most passengers did not. They do need to put out more hand sanitizer stations, and they need to have servers in the buffet so passengers aren't handling the tongs. Embarkation needs work to avoid long crowded lines. Although we had proof of our negative Covid tests, it was barely noted. I wanted them to be sure we all had that. The ship is clean, and the food is ample and varied. The crew stayed busy and helpful.

It is always nice to be on a cruise. When we got home all four of us contacted Covid.

Overall this was a great cruise which offers choices for all ages.

Love cruising, just mentioning improvement areas to work on. Needed better music uplifting other than rock the poor house which fabulous! They could use a bigger area to perform!!!

Certainly not a “must take” cruise, but definitely a lot of fun. Learn about the areas you’re visiting before making a choice. Same with dining. Read recent reviews and make your decisions from there.

We loved NCI Breakaway! It is all ages and the All Inclusive Package was great...the ship is very clean and has lots to do!

The single meetup was totally ineffective and the ship was VERY INEPT AT HELPING SINGLES CONNECT AT MEALS HARVEST CAYE WAS A WASTE OF BELIZE STOP AS WAS THE ROATAN PORT FOR ROATAN. DEEP SEA FISHING TRIP YIELDED 6” fish for majority of boat. PRETTY BAD

The entertainment was the highlight of the cruise. Bar service was very good. Food was hit and miss. Garden buffet was lousy for breakfast, but better for lunch.

The ship was not great. Pool area was small. They did not have shows every night which was odd and they didn't have enough bartenders considering the ship was only 60% full. Food has been better on other Norwegian cruises. The ports were not great. They changed Grand Cayman last minute to Costa Maya. They Haven area was not as pretty as other ships have been. Overall, it was an ok cruise. You can make anything fun but the ship and stops were lacking.

Excellent cruise. Food, drinks, and entertainment were spot on. Service was very, very good. I would definitely sail on this ship again.

Cozumel jeep tour was very sketchy. The description wasn't exactly as described. Tequila factory is thatched roof in a field that sold over priced tequila. One of the jeeps broke down. Waited 45 min for people that never showed up which shortened our activities. Had decent enough time but probably wouldn't recommend.

Cruise was good - would not go out of NOLA again - personal preference. Every port, we have 5-10 people late back to the ship, causing us to leave 2 hours later than planned.

Overall we really enjoyed our cruise, staff was exceptional, the entertainment enjoyable, plenty of options to keep busy. Our only complaint was the closing time of the pool bar, way too soon for us. We did enjoy the pool bar while it was open, bartenders were awesome!! Definitely would consider going on another cruise with Norwegian!

Missing Roatan was the last straw on this cruise. While all other ships ported, our Captain chose not to. Missing Six and the cancelation of Burn the Floor was not good. Allowing 2-3 people to ruin most people's enjoyment at Howl At The Moon was horrible. These places are usually fully packed. Because of these 2-3 people, there were never more than 50% and it went to 10% quickly because of them.
