The cruise exceeded expectations and we will do another in the future. It was a pleasant surprise.

This was a fun cruise. We never got sick or sea sick. The ship entertainment was fabulous. The dining was wonderful. We loved our balcony. We were sorry to miss the private island due to winds. The staff and crew were good.

Loved this cruise. The ship was clean, entertainment was good. Loved the Jamaican band that played by the pool. Hard to find a couple of lounge chairs if you don’t get out early but we always found if we went on the top deck above the pool we usually found something. Many loungers are under cover in shade which was a drawback. Moderno, Ocean Blue, Cagneys, and Le Bistro were all fantastic.

I booked this a week before embarkation because of last minute deal. Okay ship, too large for my taste but I can turn an average trip into a relaxing sea cruise.

We loved the Breakaway. It was the best cruise yet. 11 days in the Haven was wonderful.

We enjoyed every min of it .Hated we missed some ports but appreciated the fact they safety first .My first time on NCL my boyfriend 1st cruise think he hooked now .I hope so anyway .lol if not I'll cruise anyway

I've sailed with about 4 different cruise lines. Norwegian was by far and away, the worst I've ever dealt with. Trying to communicate with them before the cruise was impossible. And the service, quality, food, and excursions were not quite up to par. If I had to do it all over again I'd never choose Norwegian. We've sailed with Regent Seven Sea before, and the parent company for them is also the parent company for Norwegian. But the cruise lines are like night and day. Do yourself a favor and find another cruiseline.

This was fun because we went with a large group; twenty eight people. We had a bad experience with the staff at the Manhattan Dinning room. We were ousted because our men We’re not allowed to wear dressy shorts and shirt. We saw ladies being allowed in wearing hoochie shorts and skirts showing their butt cheeks. When we asked the staff about this , they said that was okay. They said the men could wear pajama bottoms but not long dress shorts. We were treated disrespectfully and we felt that we all dressed better then most. We were ushered and relocated to another dinning area for the rest of the week. Here we were treated much more respectful . The boat was nice but all but four ended up sick after cruising in this ship. It could have been better cleaned prior.

There were 4600 Passengers on this ship. 700 of them children. The first port of call was canceled because of weather. All in all it was a very enjoyable cruise. If you put a smaller ship (half the passengers) next to this one and gave me the option with the same itinerary, I’d go on the smaller ship.

Any vacation is better than a day at work!! Love every cruise I have taken!!!!!

I did have a lot of fun. Great ship for a larger group because there is something for everyone. Although, I like relaxing on a deck with a grill close by and that's not Breakaway. People we getting up at 6:30 am to get a chair because the number of chairs on any deck were limited. If you can put up with cigarette smoke in public areas, enjoy game shows, and like to plan then this ship will be a blast. I had a lot of fun but unless it was a big sale, I would pick a smaller, old school style ship next time.

Enjoyed my time with family. The Breakaway leaves a lot to be desired I many areas. Sometimes when we cruise we would like to be pampered just a little, instead we felt as if we were a burden. And that is a terrible feeling. Will never cruise this line again due to just that alone.

Went on with two couples had a great time. ........

A bad day on a cruise is better than a good day at work. With that being said, Breakaway leaves a lot to be desired.

This was our first Norwegian Cruise and we liked it a lot. Somethings we were not aware of were the need to book shows and the fact some are sold out even before we could book them prior to sailing. The freestyle dining was nice. The pool deck on this ship was really small but we found the H20 Spice deck and that was great, adult section with hot tubs and waterfall. The shows were amazing.

This was my second time on a Norwegian cruise. My first experience was similar to this one re: service staff being invisible, difficult to contact, and in some cases down right rude. Most people take cruises to be spoiled a little with great service and that was really lacking here.

Loved it would have done that again any time love cruising

This was a relaxation cruise for me, perfectly achieved. Fantastic service across the board and amazing shows.

Best cruise we have taken yet. We will definitely cruise with NCL again. Met some amazing people who will probably be friends for years to come. My ONLY complaint would be the coffee in the morning. STRONG would be an under statement. But.....if that's my only complaint then it's one I can live with.
