Review summary

This was a fun cruise. We never got sick or sea sick. The ship entertainment was fabulous. The dining was wonderful. We loved our balcony. We were sorry to miss the private island due to winds. The staff and crew were good.

Seward kept clean. Plenty of storage space.

Ship tip

Don’t need as many outfit changes as you think but take a windbreaker and sweater and pjs. Try the Manhattan room for dinner. Book shows early so you can see twice.

Ocho Rios, Jamaica

We booked with a private tour company and got a private van and driver for half the cruise ship excursion. Dwight Soares. No deposit. Just booked ahead on line and the driver was there to pick us up. We visited Dunns River Falls but chose to swim in the ocean rather than climb the falls. Instead we watched others struggle while we walked the path. The ocean there is great. There are lots of changing rooms. We weren’t bothered by vendors and just walked by them. Our guide drove us to different areas scenic, residential and a hill viewpoint.

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

We did an independent excursion for which we made a deposit and paid the rest in cash. It was a walk to get to the excursion area for independents however. We enjoyed a private tour with a visit to sloths and monkeys, a walk on a beautiful beach, a snorkel and a lunch. The guide would have taken us more, but we were tired. Recommend Roatan Getaway Tours.

We just went off the ship on our own since there wasn’t a tour we liked. We enjoyed walking a bit and had a drink.

We booked with Cozumel cruise excursions.net but our ship docked at a different site and some confusion ensued. After a phone call we met up with our guide and had a great private Jeep tour. We got to choose our sights and got to snorkel.

Not much here and overpriced. Can’t enjoy the pools unless buy overpriced food and alcohol. Can’t take photos of dolphins at show. Only fun were the flying men.
