This was fun because we went with a large group; twenty eight people. We had a bad experience with the staff at the Manhattan Dinning room. We were ousted because our men We’re not allowed to wear dressy shorts and shirt. We saw ladies being allowed in wearing hoochie shorts and skirts showing their butt cheeks. When we asked the staff about this , they said that was okay. They said the men could wear pajama bottoms but not long dress shorts. We were treated disrespectfully and we felt that we all dressed better then most. We were ushered and relocated to another dinning area for the rest of the week. Here we were treated much more respectful . The boat was nice but all but four ended up sick after cruising in this ship. It could have been better cleaned prior.

The buffet was barely warm the food was fresh part of the time. High sodium in everything and little flavor. The sit down was hit or miss as well! Some was excellent other times it was horrible.

This smelled of cigarettes and smoke and it was unbearable!!!! Needs to be separate spaces , better ventilation and Odor eliminating methods.

The dining room was good but the states room was subpar. The sheets were dirty when we arrived. I found crumbs in them and it wasn’t covering g the mattress. Towels were brought into the room dirty from someone else I found fresh lipstick and makeup on them. I had to hunt the staff down for clean ones. Also the room wasn’t always being cleaned or bed made.

The smoking lounge was directly next to the kids play area. That is inappropriate to be situated like this and very unhealthy. The casino were filled with a knock out stench and Norwegian should have a separate location for smokers and non smokers. There were times we had to pass through the smoke of the casino to get to other areas of the boat. This exacerbated my asthma.

Sheets were dirty when arrived I found crumbs in the bed and sheets were not covering mattress . Towels were brought in dirty and beds weren’t made everyday. One night only did they come in to turn down bed.
Shorts are not allowed in the Manhattan Room. It is on the website. You could have just ran back to the room and put on pants when you realized your mistake. No harm no foul. Instead it sounds like you chose to be “that guest”. Congratulations.
Why do people complain about something they could avoid by not going, rent you a small yacht if your that picky. You didn't have to wash a dish, you didn't have to clean a room, you didn't have to go to work, your only job is to relax and enjoy.
