The staff is not pleasant and rude. It's was very rare to come a cross and happy staff members, front desk was route and unhelpful and the wifi was horrible

SUCK! We didn't get a tender booked right away so we couldn't get off until almost 2:30 pm and then we had to wait in line to take the gondola up which was over 2 hrs. My parents had to go back because it was too hot. Once we got up there it was almost 6 pm we had inky about 1 hr because we were concerned about getting back down. Needless to say, we had to walk down because the lineup for the gondola would have been another 2-plus hrs. Thank goodness my parents didn't come because my sad wouldn't have made it down walking
As everyone has already covered hidden fees and hot summer weather in Greece - what a shocker - my question is about the stage in the unwelcoming area. Where exactly was it?
Wow! Sorry to hear~ I’ve been w/ NCL long enough to make Platinum & I’ve never experienced anything like this & been on The Breakaway many times since she first launched out of NYC. Always a great cruise & extremely nice staff. Although I totally understand the crowds & hot weather plays a huge factor when trying to enjoy an excursion, but that’s the gamble we assume when booking certain destinations around the hottest time of the year. This has been a summer of record breaking temperatures almost all over the globe. Something to consider prior to booking your next vacation, cruise or land vacation. Happy cruising y’all

Please explain the hidden fees. I’ve yet to go on a cruise and pay for something I didn’t expect to. It’s actually very easy to not pay a single dollar while on board if you prepay gratuities, which is an option.
