The worst disater that I experience delayed not once but twice. The plans to get home had to be changed twice for no given or apparent reason no crew direction and chaos were all part of this

I was also on this cruise. I felt with better communication from NCL most passengers would not have been so frustrated. I very much enjoyed the cruise overall. I did not experience any long lines waiting for food or service. We had 3 meal speciality package and ate dinner the other nights mostly in the Mahattan room. We developed a relationship with waiter Christopher and helper Christina. We could not of had any better service. The entertainment was excellent and the night life in Pour House and other bars were fun. The mishaps could happen on any cruise line. I just feel that NCL needs to set up on communication when these things happen.

@gina0820 If this is regarding the Breakaway sailing on 10-16-2018, it was delayed three times, though I’m confused about three days? First with the coast guard inspection on embarking then a medical emergency and nor’easter that caused two additional delays on disembarking. OP, I do agree that debarkation was incredibly chaotic with very little communication — eek!

Where you on the Breakaway that returned in the middle of a no'reaster as well as a medevac?? I don't understand the "3 days of cruise embarking and replaning the debarking"..... and the Coast Guard inspection is done for your safety and benefit. If it wasn't done and something did happen I'm willing to bet you may be the first to complain about lack of preparedness
