Review summary

Overall enjoyed the cruise, entertainment and food. It did miss the extra touches provided by other Cruise lines. I missed not having lobster even at the speciality restaurants. NCL needs to improve on Customer relations. Communication would have gone a long way. To add to my frustrations I lost my CPAP after being shuffled from place to place and have yet to hear if it has been located. It was clearly identified with my contact info.This is unacceptable. The lack of concern by NCL is also disheartening.

Embarkment was delayed due to Coast Guard needing to clear ship that came in from Europe.

The ship bottlenecks on walk thru the hallways thru Casino to get to Manahattan Room. For this large of a ship I thought the Atrium should be larger and more impressive.

We weren't at this port long enough. Only went to pier to do some shopping and get off the ship. It was really nice.

Disembarkation

It was the worse experience ever. Not very organized. We had several delays due to mefical issues, weather, man overboard on cargo ship ahead of us and to top it off the gang plank malfunction and we got geld up once again getting off the ship. Most of the delays were not NCL fault but I felt there communication should have been better. Most people opted to walk off with there own luggage causing added delays to us with color tags. There were not enougj porters at the pier to help with the luggage either. The employees atvthe pier were very rude with not compassion for our dsy of delays and mishaps.
