Review summary

We bought this cruise via . The cruise itself was great - the ship, the cabin with the balcony, the personnel, entertainment - everything was great. The only one reason why we are supposed to refrain from using in future is - we paid processing fee $25 but were assured that the onboard credit $100 will be granted if the payment for the trip will be done before December 31 2016. We paid on time - December 29, called to  and agent assured us that onboard credit will be available whe we will embark. However  the ship customer service inform us that we do not have onboard credit. On our request they contacted and received confirmation - no onboard credit for us....Otherwise - again - the trip was excellent.

Cruise.com and Bookit.com charges those fees. Not sure if any others do, but those are both reputable sites.

How did you purchase cruise? It just says "via". Travel agent, NCL website? Discount website? Sounds like a scam. I've never paid any type of processing fee.
