There was a lot good about this trip. Norwegian could make it better with more training for the crew and working on the menus.

would not recommend Norwegian. Royal is much better with better entertainment.

Would not recommend this ship or Norwegian in the future.

Very pleased with this 7-day cruise. If you are looking to relax and spend some time in the sun... this is the cruise for you. There are fun activities and entertainment options on board, and ports that offer great excursions for people with any level of mobility, adventure, or price range. The staff and crew are extremely welcoming and accommodating.

I can understand arriving at a port and unable to dock and divert die to weather, but canceling Cozumel prior to sailing due to “port congestion “ unacceptable and baffling. Besides that love NCL.

This was out first cruise and we had a great overall experience. We missed two ports and there was not much of a reason why given to us until the end of the cruise. The pool was always overcrowded and hard to find a chair without getting up early and saving a spot.

Did purchase Next Cruise certificates so will have to cruise with NCL at least one more time; after that will probably not cruise with NCL again.

Panama canal was on our bucket list and so glad to go with NCL. Only dissapointment was cancelation of ports for Panama City and Costa Rica.

Would highly recommend this cruise on the Bliss it’s a great ship, and the 15 day was perfect.

Entire trip was great. On deck 9 with 11 foot waves ship seemed stable and did not know waves were that bad. At pool deck it was not bad unless you looked at the waves in the pool. At the buffet they were hiding the cookies, you had to ask if they had cookies then they had to serve them to you

There were good and bad points. The app needs work. Carnival’s app is much superior.

Disorganized, lack of communication for for embankment & disembarkation. Go on this cruise if you don’t mind standing in line for 3.5 hours to get on the ship.

Had a great time. The UW marching band was amazing.

The food was very good. Jersey Boys were excellent! Rest of the entertainment really bad. Not much to do on ship. Shops are pathetic ! No adult area to relax or sit. Pool and jacuzzis horrible, small and over crowded! I will not recommend this ship!

My issue came with paying the tips to the staff. They are going to get thier tip no matter what. Cabin steward was terrible. I ordered water and didn’t get it for 3 days

Our NCL Bliss cruise on Dec 17 - Dec 24, 2022 was very enjoyable with connecting balcony cabins for our 5 adults. The adult kids found all of the hidden bars the first afternoon while we didn't find them till mid-week. If you have food allergies, you need to meet with the restaurant staff as soon as you get aboard and you will place your order for that night. Each night you will place your meal order for the next day, so be patient that dinners will be 2 to 2.5 hour events. Suggestion: Bring cards that have your allergies to the meal so that they can write them down each day. The entertainment was amazing -Six and Jersey Boys were wonderful and the Live the Beatles group was great. The ship is well designed and has tons of cabin storage space.

The bliss is a beautiful ship with the amazing Observation lounge. The service is not to the per-pandemic level we experienced this same week & itinerary in 2019. Be prepared for slow service and book all activities as soon as possible ahead of time. Consider hanging out in Spice H2O while docked at some of the smaller ports,, they just aren't worth it.
