Arrived later in the afternoon so the terminal had cleared out. Too bad the parking was a fiasco.

Food was poor at best in the buffet

Ship was overcrowded making the common areas almost worthless. Spa was ok but not great.

Room stewards were slow or understaffed. Waited until 6:00 PM before our room was serviced one day. The earliest was 3:30 PM

Cabin was ok, but not comfortable. Bedding was worn and had holes in sheets.

Find a smaller ship. The larger ships do not necessarily give you a better experience.

The number of reviews that ships are overcrowded is amazing. It seems people want cruise lines to have ships sized for 4,000 people with less than 2,000 on them. That’s not reality, unless of course you want to pay twice as much. In that case, just go with a luxury line and you’ll get more of that experience.
