Review summary

My issue came with paying the tips to the staff. They are going to get thier tip no matter what. Cabin steward was terrible. I ordered water and didn’t get it for 3 days

You can adjust the gratuities by going to guest services if you feel some part of the service was really bad.

The “gratuity” is not truly a tip as most of us think of it, it is a hidden cost to pay various staff more without having it show in the advertised cruise price or in the financials which (my assumption) reduces the payroll taxes.
