Review summary

Disorganized, lack of communication for for embankment & disembarkation. Go on this cruise if you don’t mind standing in line for 3.5 hours to get on the ship.

Sounds like cruising isn’t for you. Did you ask your stateroom attendant for more towels? When did you choose your check-in time? I haven’t waited in the terminal more than 15-20 minutes since they instituted having staggered check-in times.
