The Norwegian Bliss is a fun ship for adults. Like the Miss Biceps and Sexy Legs. That’s fun and all but the ships ocean loop water slide is closed for “maintenance” says NCL. If going to bring your kids on this keep them away from the adult pool. That’s all I could think of but yah.

I won’t cruise on ncl anymore. I very unhappy we could not stop at Nassau the bliss was not all they said it was. Nothing special about the bliss

I had the vacation of a lifetime. The ship is beautiful, all the staff were friendly and very helpful. I only wish the ship would remain in port a little longer. We were only in Tortola for about 6 hours , by the time you get on your tour bus and make it to the beach you only have about an hour before it’s time to go back to the ship. I didn’t enjoy Ocean Blue too much, the food a little bland for my taste. I did enjoy the specialty restaurants a lot especially Cagney’s. I did have a drawback , a smoker a couple cabins down from us and they proud very loud music at night (F bomb lyrics and all) Not the cruise lines fault but irritating at best. The Garden Cafe (buffet) wasn’t too bad it was a little repetitive at times , but we only ate there for breakfast and lunch and ate at specialty restaurants for dinner. Our cabin attendant was the best! The elevators were a pain until we figured out that using the aft elevators was the best bet at getting an elevator quicker. To sum it up I enjoyed the cruise , no cruise line is perfect but I’ll sail NCL again.

Entertainment and food, top-notch! Wait service ... not so much. much confusion and lack of consistency.

Love💕. We had so much fun on this trip. There were 5 couples and we all had a great experience. The island were great as was the weather. The crew took good care of us and the ship was beautiful!

Excellent cruise. Very nice ship and friendly staff. Never had any issues. You must reserve early for specialty dining and all shows. Sometimes you can just go to one of the specialty dining and get right in depending on the time. We enjoyed everything and took advantage of everything the ship had to offer. Room was spacious and comfortable. Go cats you must reserve you’re time. Had a great time. We are seasoned cruisers and it’s what you make of you’re vacation. You can do a little and hang out at spice h20 or explore the ship. I would say one of the best cruises we have ben on. Specialty dining was excellent. Make sure you go to Q really excellent food Theresa well as all the others we did. Staff was very friendly and always eager to help. Embarking and disembark was very quick. All in all we would definitely sail on her again

Do what you like, but please consider another ship to do your warm weather cruise on. Just an honest opinion.

Overall a good trip and nice ship, with just a few issues. We love cruising, and understand that nothing is perfect. We like NCL and will likely book with them again.

We sailed on the Bliss on the December 8 sailing. Embarkation was super easy and quick but shuttle ride to the port from Holiday Inn downtown was chaotic. Not the fault of the cruise line though. Disembarking was also chaotic and ship’s bus shuttle to airport required waiting in the sun for more than an hour. We very much enjoyed our dinner at Le Bistro but were disappointed with our meals at Cagneys and Q. Food was pretty good overall. We preferred to eat at Taste or Savor because of the smaller, more intimate, venue. The bar outside (Mixx) was our favorite but we usually did not find it open until dinner time. We also enjoyed playing in the casino but were not happy that the 3-card table in the non-smoking section was a $10 minimum while the 3-card table in the smoking section (which we could not tolerate) was only $5 minimum. It is wonderful though that the ship has an entirely non-smoking casino. We truly appreciate that. The observation lounge is marvelous and we spent a lot of time there enjoying the view. Most days we just grabbed a salad or some snacks there for lunch. Nice bar there too! Our room (aft balcony on deck 9) was pretty small but the balcony was massive and very comfortable since the ship itself blocked the wind. Our room steward was good and usually serviced the room while we were at breakfast even when we didn’t request it. Jersey Boys and the Beatles cover band (we saw them in the Cavern Club and in the main theater) were fabulous! Really good, don’t miss them! All in all, we enjoyed this cruise very much but still prefer smaller ships.

Fantastic ship with lots to do. One of my favorites from Norwegian. Take the aft elevators they tend to be less busy than the others. Book you’re shows and dinner options in advance. Go carts were cool and I suggest you try them. Overall a fantastic cruise.

Traveled 12/8/18. Loved this beautiful ship! There were lots of specialty bars and night time entertainment. We did miss seeing Havana because of slow service at one dinner, even with 2 hours planned there. It was disappointing because there was not another show to book. Book as far in advance as possible to get dinners and shows on the days you want...including race cars and laser tag. I guess my only complaint is a comment made by our waitress at the steakhouse. He is my boyfriend, not my son! 🤨😋

Overall this is an okay cruise for us. We don’t expect the same food quality from 20 years ago. This new ship provides a lot of modern amenity that older ships don’t have. Our cruise has full capacity, people are everywhere but we didn’t feel overly crowded. We always found our favorite table at the buffet for less than 2 minutes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wait line at all three main dining rooms were less than 5 minutes for dinner, finding a lounge chair or two besides the pool after 1pm is less than 3 minutes. If you are a group of 4 or more that is a different situation. Theatre seats has more leg room than other ships and elevated more so obstruction is not an issue.

I loved the Bliss. Would love to cruise on it again.

You have to address the parking in the city of Miami if you are going to open a "Mega" port for Mega cruise ships... I heard nothing other than horror stories of how people are NEVER going to embark from Miami because of the mass confusion about the car parking situation. We are the customers, but need to be treated with a little more respect and dignity. I understand it is just parking your car, but really unprofessional. The company probably doesn't have a lot of say, but scaring your customers to another port --even just one-- might have that perverbial "domino effect"...

Was really disappointed over all. For a new ship that has been on water for over 6 months still has to many bugs to be worked out. Will not go on the Bliss again after July if it does not improve. Internet never worked. The room stuff were terrible. Wait staff in one restaurant were so rude and horrible we never went back to that restaurant. Just over all not impressed

The ship was beautiful and I loved that they had USB ports on each side of the bed. The couch was so close to the closet that it was very difficult to reach your hanging clothes. Very disappointed in the food especially in the main dining room. The specialty restaurant’s were good.

My husband and I agree the Bliss is the nicest ship on which we have ever sailed! There is something for everyone - quiet spaces, fun bars, a complete fitness center and recreation of all sorts. We never felt crowded. We would suggest a little more space between the rows of chaise lounges on the deck, however. It was difficult to move around without bumping your toes on a lounge. Everything was clean all the time! The food was good and plentiful and the service was amazing. The ports were fun for us - we didn't feel rushed and could easily see a lot on our own. This cruise was for R&R before the holiday season took us by storm - it worked perfectly.

I’d give the Bliss 4.5 stars as a gorgeous ship with many wonderful aspects. Great specialty dining, tons of bars, good shows, the Observation Lounge, better pool options than past NCL ships, etc. Thus was our 6th NCL cruise in less than 3 years and the two on the Escape were hands down our favorite. The rooms and colors are gorgeous and it definitely has a classy vibe. Found it more difficult to get booked into the comedy shows (filled within 2 hours of embarking) which is a staple of our week. Someone mentioned it seemed the entertainment closed shop earlier and we definitely felt that as well. Love NCL, love free style cruising and already booked on the Mexican Riviera cruise October 2019. If they would add an Observation Lounge to the Escape, I think I’d book the Escape all the time since they also have Howl at the Moon and 5 o’clock somewhere bar. We did like Q and went there twice (I say this as a Kc girl that lives bbq). Our two favorite bartenders were on the Bliss so that’s why we booked it. We aren’t the “have to go on the newest ship” people but in this case I’d prefer the still relatively new but broken in Escape.

You need reservations for everything . Everything was booked but when you go there is empty. Waste of time in my book. I’ll stick to Disney.

This ship is beautiful! The staff are amazing! All of the specialty dining we had was spectacular, along with all of the complimentary dining.
