Hello, sorry you didn’t enjoy your cruise. Just a bit of info for next time, Norwegian allows you to make reservations for most restaurants and entertainment up to 120 days in advance via their website or app. The app is free to download and I’d say it’s absolutely essential to spend a little time researching and planning in order to avoid not being able to attend your restaurants or shows of choice. Hopefully next time is better!

Sounds Grumpy to me. Checking advice here you know you need to book in advance or at least on the special screens by the elevators as soon as you board. We didn't get all we wanted but loved our cruise, the food and people we met from all over the U.S. and many countries.
