Ship was very nice, most of the crew was very courteous and professional with the exception of the cruise director prancing around like a drag queen, that was a bit over the top. Most islands were very nice, excursions were great, beaches and blue waters were amazing. Don’t expect the rest of the islands to look like their beaches though, roads are rough, neighborhoods a little unsettling and be careful for the common vendor trying to sell you a “hand carved wood dolphin” for $20 that was probably made in China and worth 50 cents. All in all I highly recommend the cruise

This was our 32nd cruise Bliss was magnificent Service and NCL product greatly improved from a few year’s ago Vacation was a great value Already looking into same itinerary next year Jan 14th on the NCL Gen from NYC The Gem will be completely redone in Nov 202O Only suggestion more live music and more dance floors

A cruise is all what you make of it - we always have a great time.

A spectacular cruise. Wonderful experience, NCL outdid themselves with the Bliss. From the food quality, to the spectacular service and bartenders, to the room stewards, entertainment, guest services desk, photographers, everyone I encountered was warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. This ship is state of the art and has NCLs A-Team of all stars working on board running things.

We enjoyed our 14 day Southern Caribbean cruise on the Bliss. I can’t wait to return to some of the islands. I’ve been on several cruises and this itinerary was my absolute favorite. I wish I didn’t have to fight so hard onboard for my NCL World Points, that had been redeemed in a timely manner prior to our trip, to be applied to my onboard account. I also didn’t enjoy having to have my photo package purchase confirmed by the corporate office even though I had a printout of my Vacation Summary from the NCL website. And if a passenger qualifies for 10% off excursions it should just be applied, I don’t understand why the Shore Excursion desk has to be “reminded”. Overall we had a great trip with a few glitches. We do plan to cruise NCL again. In fact our experience with Shannon at Next Cruise onboard was fantastic, she answered our many questions and helped us plan our next trip!

It was a very nice cruise and all the islands were wonderful. The ship is nice and the food very, very good. The shows were ok nothing like we had on the Escape, the Dawn or the Gem exept the Beatles wich was wonderful. We went to see them 6 times.

Overall really enjoyed the things we enjoyed, which was quite a lot. A few disappointse probably won't be coming back to the Caribbean. Not the tropical paradise we thought it would be. Ship was HUGE and needed more benches for people with walking disabilities. Food was consistantly good, fellow cruisers and staff were wonderful.

I went in this first cruise of mine with very high hopes and it actually exceeded all my expectations. I made the cruise how I wanted it to be, and it was beyond lovely.

Overall we had a beautiful experience. My 2 recommendations, fix the elevator situation since this seemed to bother most guests we met, and there is a huge opportunity to elevate the service.

Staff not as polished as I’ve experienced on 3 cruises with Royal Caribbean. Took 4 days to get the right number of towels for our room. Twice we came back after being gone off the ship and our room wasn’t ready. Get a band that does reggae, not just 90% Motown, which I enjoyed. On the pool deck the DJ played in order: Red red wine, Karma chameleon, Sexual healing, Nothings going to stop us now, Faith, I’m going to be your number one. Simply terrible.

The Bliss is a beautiful ship! The dining rooms had delicious food however, as the cruise went on, the main entreés had less choices. Do breakfast in either Taste or Savor, as the buffet was sooooooooo crowded and it took forever to find a table. Activities on this ship didn't have as many choices add the other NCL ships. If you're going to seder only 1 show, go see Jersey Boys! Fantastic! Cagneys and La Cucina are a must do! If it's just adults traveling, and you don't need to dip in the pool (which was always crowded), check out Spice H2O on deck 17 aft. Hot tubs, has a nice watery feature to walk thru, quiet. You can sit and relax and get some sun. As for us, we prefer the smaller ships. This was just way too crowded for us.

Nice ship, but don’t like some of Norwegians policies. The buffet closes at 3 if your tour gets back after that you have very limited food options. Also you can’t stay in the dining area and play cards, etc. they evict you. Other ships close the buffet but let you stay and sit. They also offer more food options between 3-5.

Was really good but a little too long. Definitely prefer 7-10 days instead. Didn't know before but now we do :) Overall good cruise

NCL went from Freestyle cruising to UpChargeStyle with The Bliss. Not my kind of ship, overcrowded and poor service(Again, this was not the crews fault as there are just too many passengers to accomodate).

I will remember this cruise for a long time as I chose to pay extra to disembark from it! I feel that I spent my time waiting in line: - 2h line to drop the kids to the kids club (38 spots for 6-9 year old age group for a 5,000 people ship!) - 2h wait in the theater to disembark in Orlando for excursions as the door was broken - 1h to get on a tender to get to the Bahamas island, and 1h wait to get back Forget about dining in specialty restaurants if you haven't booked on Day 1 as everything is full My wife got the flu on the boat... Shared my feedback with the ship captain, Jamal, who said he agreed boat was over-crowded and they had issues, but apparently "it's always like that for the holidays!" Besides Casinos, there is not much to do on the boat, sea days are very long when it is to cold to go to the pool

if you have any doubts, just do it!! it is so much fun to be on this ship. you will love it.

It was far below average cruise and we hope NCL would change to better.

It was terrible. A cruise to nowhere. NCL only makes it to their private island 20% of the time. Bait and switch!

We believe every vacation is what you make it. The purpose was for us to get away, relax and spend time with each other without the demanding pressures of our jobs, our larger family and community and that’s what we did. We don’t rely on others to provide a good time for us we make a good time with what ever resources we have and whatever space we are in. This was a great relaxing and fun time.

It was a good trip I would go on the ship again they just need a port for there private island
