Nice ship, but don’t like some of Norwegians policies. The buffet closes at 3 if your tour gets back after that you have very limited food options. Also you can’t stay in the dining area and play cards, etc. they evict you. Other ships close the buffet but let you stay and sit. They also offer more food options between 3-5.

Service was slow in the Manhattan and Taste dining rooms, food was okay, had to send back the baked ziti as it’s hard as a rock. Seemed like it had been left over from the day before.

Ship was pretty clean, layout was nice and the casino was great! They had a special casino for the smokers! I could gamble and breathe at the same time! This was great!

Hated the room layout. Guess they want to get more balconies to get more money for a balconies. The room was NARROW! The bed was against the balcony door, you had about 12 inches to walk around the bed from the door side if the bed. Hard to navigate at night! Only could fit two upright chairs and tiny table on the balcony. Chairs could not recline, no room! Room should have been better for the money.
Ship tip
Don’t expect any thing extra. No robes, no too animals. No bar soap, and only to towels. Talk to the room steward and you can get the things you need but you have to ask!
have to go on the Gumbalimba preserve and animal sanctuary tour! It was one of the top tours I have been on...but you must like to be up close and personal with the animals! You cannot have anything on you... no handbags, jewelry, hats, etc. the monkeys climb all over you and will steal anything they can, there are lockers you can rent for your belongings
While what you say about getting a table for a meal is correct, we were playing cards well after the lunch crowd. 230 and the garden cafe was empty. Actually. Not many other places to play unless you went outside on 16 and it was too chilly on sea days .
There are plenty of areas to sit and play cards other than the cafe. It's hard enough to get a seat to eat without people holding up tables to play games.
