Review summary

This was my 28th anniversary trip and a bucket list. I was so looking forward to making special memories, but was very disappointed in this trip. The only excursion that we booked was to see the Glacier, which was canceled for no reason before our trip. Plus the Dawes Glacier we did not get close enough but the boat was to do 360 degree turn, but did not, it moved 45 degrees each direction and backed out and we left. I reached out to NCL but have not responded.

Definitely annoying to have an excursion cancelled, however they are run by third parties contracted by NCL, so they have no control over it being cancelled. They do take things like that into consideration when they set up contracts, so it’s always in the companies best interest to perform well.

Happy 28th Anniversary...I am so sorry you all didn't get a chance to fully enjoy your milestone...On the bright side, you all still have each other and had a chance to spend alone time together peacefully...I hope your next cruise makes up for it
