Bartenders Putu, Harold and Frank on the Observation deck bar were amazing. All bartenders were good, but these three stood out and should be commended for their customer service and timeliness of drink making and organizational skills.

Food and Dining

excellent food selections and also love the drink packages. The only problem was they no longer had the Blackberry bliss in the whiskey bar Malt.
The Observation Lounge

Putu, Harold and Frank were amazing, food was great and it was always clean. Only gripe is people who lay across the couches and sleep using up 3 spots so others do not have a place to sit.
Onboard Activities

we did not use any
Entertainment

Last cruise we saw the Choir of Men show on the Encore and that was amazing. The Beattles show was lacking, The Jersey boys show was good. I wish you had more of the shows such as the Vegas or New York shows with dancing and singing.

Service and Staff

We loved the bartenders on the Observation deck especially Putu, Harvey and Frank. The other bartenders were awesome also, but these three really stood out and had great customer service.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
always clean and if there was a problem someone was there immediately.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
cabin was good size for 2 people, I know it can accommodate 4, but it would have been tight. My only complaint is that the shower drained poorly so water would overflow out onto the main bathroom floor. But, the multi head sprayers were excellent.
Ship tip
get on deck early because people go out early and throw towels on all the lounge chairs so they feel they can reserve them for the entire day. I take them off and throw them in the towel bin. no ass in seat, no saving of seat.
Our excursion was cancelled so we booked a float plane for over the glaciers. We got to some shopping and buy some jewelry and souveniers. Once again, port time was to short.
This port is amazing, but very busy and hard to navigate through the gift shop areas because of the over crowding and people wearing huge backpacks and knocking over tables of merchandise.
Did not go sight seeing but went through the town the way to and back from our excursion. Wish more information was given about Ketchikan port because we would have stayed in town and did more sight seeing around the boardwalk area.
OMG this city is beautiful. we did a horse drawn night time carriage ride and the information was amazing and the sights were awesome, so glad we chose this excursion.
everyone was off the boat at once we stood in line for 45 minutes trying to get off. Disembarkation times need to be staggered, was not at all impressed
I like your style with the chair hogs! We found the same issue in the observation lounge some days and even in the heated tile loungers in the thermal suite people would leave books and towels on them and not come back for hours. So rude!!
